Is this glow in the dark?

It was a gift to my grandson, but I am almost positive that it glows in the dark.

How hard is it? Will a 4 year old get hurt badly trying to catch it, or is it relatively soft?

The ZipChip is soft enough to throw it very hard and not get hurt by it. Although at 4 I would probably just start out throwing soft and gauge where the pain level is first. This is a very family friendly gadget! We all have our own now! Enjoy!
