I ordered a headstone for my late mother. Having never ordered something like that online, I was a little skeptical of the customer service and quality of a company I didn't know. This company was so easy to work with .. I was (and am) amazed. They sent a proof and it looked nice, but I wanted to add another line with more info. They quickly replied that they were able to make that happen for a reasonable fee. I used PayPal to pay the extra fee and in no time at all they had the revised proof for me. It looked very nice so I approved the final proof. A couple of weeks later I got notice that the headstone had shipped. Surprise of all surprises it arrived 2 weeks ahead of the scheduled delivery date!! When we opened the package (very heavy) it was so well packed that even though the box had seen some roughness in shipment....it had arrived with NO damage. That was impressive but when I saw the workmanship and quality ... I almost cried ... it was PERFECT!!! Next time I need any stonework, I will not hesitate to go back to Upstate Stone!! High quality company!!

Headstone came earlier than expected, damage free packaging, the pricing is phenomenally great, and the quality of work is exceptional! An almost exact stone at my local places were $800 and $900 more!!!! Size is actually larger than expected!
