Replaced an old Radio Shack regulated power supply for my CCTV system which is now back online
I fretted over getting a new regulated power supply to replace an old 10A 12v supply that I had been using for years. Most of the products I looked at had sad reviews, and I need reliability. Finally it occurred to me that TWO of these inexpensive 12v power supplies were exactly what I needed -- one for the 8 cameras and another for the recorder. They even had the crect connectors already - no additional wiring needed. When they arrived (1 day) it took abut 5 minutes to get the system back in operation. BOTTOM LINE: One wasn't enough, but two are perfect :)

Trying a new power source.
I replaced 2 plugs with this one unit. I was a little concerned because one review stated it got hot and melted. The unit is warm but I think that's normal. This cleaned up my wire problem substantially. So far, so good. If anything changes I will edit this review.

Nice to use
I have bought it for PTZ Camera WIFI, this camera is using 6~15W power, when cold temperature, the stock AC/DC adapter power is not enough to run stably. no more problem after replace it

There is no 8 wire leads that come with it
The picture and advertisement do not tell the truth. It shows that the 8 wire adapter comes with it and it doesn’t. Will be contacting seller to make it right.
