Epiderm Long Silicone Scar Sheets, Flexible, 1 Pair, 1.4" x 11.5", Clear

Although clearly expensive, I have found these quite effective and the best I have tried to date.

These are definitely on the expensive side, but in my experience they were worth it. They really helped prevent my scars from starting to keloid, and I noticed a visible improvement while using them consistently. The sheets themselves feel high quality and stay in place well without being overly uncomfortable. My wife is a nurse, and she mentioned these look and feel like the medical-grade silicone sheets she would typically see used in a hospital setting, which gave me a lot more confidence in the product. Overall, if you’re dealing with healing scars and want something that feels professional quality, these have been a really good option for us despite the higher price.

been using the Epiderm Silicone Gel Scar Sheets for a few weeks, and I’m honestly impressed. They’re super soft and flexible, so they move easily with your skin and don’t peel off every time you bend or stretch. The adhesive is gentle but sticks well, and they don’t irritate my skin like some other brands I’ve tried. I love that they’re reusable — just wash and reapply — which makes the pack last a long time. My scar from surgery is already looking smoother and lighter, and the sheets are comfortable enough to wear all day. Definitely worth it

It works. Lessened scarring

Unbelievably disappointes. I would give zero stars if I could. They are very expensive but I decided to purchase them because they are supposes to be durable and reusable and even washable. After only 1 week of use the silicine was peeling off and they wouldnt stick anymore. It was important foor me to have good silicone strips for a very big surgery I had. These are mediocre at best and over priced. I should have just bought the Walgreens brand. So sad they didnt work out.

This constantly rolls up on itself and falls off. It does clean easily and reapply, however I am using it on an incision on my back and it constantly rolls up on itself and sticks to my clothes instead of me. Maybe if using it on a different body part it might work better. It also stretches longer with every reapply instead of staying its original size which makes it very difficult to use. It’s very pricey for it to not work well.

This applies to the 1.4" x 11.5" scar sheets only. I have tried both the natural and the clear. The natural works much better. The clear, which seems to be slightly thicker, gaps and does not continuously lay flat against the skin the way the natural one does. I bought both because I was undecided. Now I'm not.

So, I’m using their product for a scar over a toe and and forefoot. And over a second place on my calf. It’s easy to cut to shape and it’s staying on my foot but needs tape to stay on my calf. I have tape sensitivity so that’s not really an option. No skin issues with these sheets which is a plus. Today I’m trying and over-the-calf sock. Seems to be working. The loss of two stars is about the sealed outer envelope. It comes in a white cardboard sleeve that clearly reads it’s not returnable if the seal is broken. Inside is a sterile package. Each sheet in its own sealed side. I’m good with the outer seal and keeping it intact. The issue for me is that these sheets cost a fortune! The same seal could be obtained, the policy maintained and the package with a clear window showing the product. In order to get my eyes on the actual item I had to take a leap of faith and be willing to forfeit the purchase. They seem thick when I was cutting them but the thickness isn’t noticeable once applied. For the top of my toe it provides a bit of cushion. I am hoping they last as long as is reported. So far they have been easy to clean and re-stick to my foot. And just for the record. I’m not sure these need to be sterile as they should not be applied to any wound that has not entirely closed and has doesn’t have a sealed scar in place. These are designed to remodel a scar. A scar means the wound is fully closed, there is no evidence of scabbing and skin slough. And once I opened the package and touch the inside packaging it’s not sterile. At best it is clean.

Diese Silikonfolien sind wirklich erste Klasse. Bei regelmässiger Anwendung werden die Narben weicher, flacher & heller. Ich finde auch der der Juckreiz der Narbe schneller gestoppt wird. Bei der Pflege aufpassen muss man allerdings schon...sonst kleben die Folien nicht mehr. Aber eigentlich - kinderleicht in der Anwendung.
