M Graham's Quinacridone Rose is a good component of flesh tones, and makes for a decent, more permanent replacement for alizarin crimson. If that's what you're looking for, this particular M. Graham color is a good fit as it is reasonably lightfast and strong in transparent glazes. The color doesn't go quite as far as genuine alizarin, and it's ever so slightly cooler in tone, but if you have longevity in mind, the tradeoffs are worth it.

This pigment is about as close as I can find to a true primary red. Graham's formulation is excellent.
