Perfect, really easy to pop up (even for me) - didn't come with the stand so had to buy that seperately.

I've been using the NEEWER 26"/65cm Lantern Softbox, and it's super easy to assemble. All you have to do is press it down, and you're done. It provides excellent soft light for filming, which is exactly what I needed. I got the 65cm version for about £64, and I'm using it with the NEEWER CB60 RGB 70W LED Video Light (I also got from Amazon). It fits perfectly with no issues. The softbox is made of lightweight nylon, and even though I’ve bumped it a few times while moving the light around, it seems pretty durable. It’s definitely good for my purposes, but here's a tip: the bigger the softbox, the softer the light. So, if you're filming small objects, go for the 50cm version. If you're photographing or videoing a person, the 65cm works well, just make sure to place it close to your subject. For lighting a large scene, consider going for the biggest size, like 85cm or even larger if available. Overall, I highly recommend this softbox for photography and videography. It's solid for what it’s intended to do and works perfectly for my setup.

A nice quality lantern softbox from Neewer. Really easy to set up and pack down, can be on and shooting in less than a minute. Give a really nice evenly distributed light diffusion which is less harsh than direct video lighting and a smaller softbox. Also great for giving a feeling of an overhead living room light if required. The materials used are all good quality with firm stitching and strong material where needed. The velcro sections allow adjustments to be made and the bowens mount is solid and being standard Bowens means this modifier can be used with probably all of your existing lighting kit. The arms have a decent amount of tension to them without making it a test of strength to assemble, it also does away with that fear of getting speared you get with self assembly softboxes. This style of quick to ready softbox is great for run and gun shooting on days when you don't have much time with the subject. Great for corporate, talking head type shoots. Also a really lovely diffuser for photography, gives a nice light fall on models and is an excellent addition to your lighting kit. The bag it comes in is a fairly standard nylon type sack, but it's a nice addition with a good carry handle and it's nice to be able to quickly stow the softbox away and put back in the kit box easily. I regularly use softboxes with LED lighting and Flash units both in the studio and for location photography. As well as being very effective for diffusing light this NEEWER Lantern Softbox can be set up and ready use in less than a minute. I find this very convenient especially when shooting in outdoor locations where being able to quickly set up and pack down lighting and move to another spot is very beneficial. I have been using this softbox with LED and Strobe lighting and find it suits both equally well. The sturdy Bowens type mount fits all of my lighting units allowing me to use the lighting which best suits my shooting requirements. It performs very well for video work and can be used to light a particular subject or provide a good spread of light over a much bigger area with an even light tail off and soft shadows. When using it for outdoor shooting I find the closed design is reasonably stable in light breeze and it is highly portable when carried in the supplied storage bag with shoulder strap. The overall construction of the softbox I received is very neat and the mechanism for locking the internal frame open is easy to operate. Overall I am very impressed by the quality, ease of use and the way this Lantern Softbox performs. It is cleverly designed and I am very pleased by the results I am getting when using it. I have no hesitation in providing this five star review and recommending.

This is a very well made, easy to assemble and to use light diffuser to help create a subject friendly lighting effect for photography. It is very simple to put together for use and to collapse for storage in the handy draw string bag provided. Just in case of any doubt this is simply the light diffuser - there are a number of compatible light sources but they need to be purchased separately

Lo compre con dudas de lo que podría hacer con él. Pero después de hacer pruebas en varios escenarios, definitivamente me convenció. Para grabar videos, para retratos y hasta fotografía gastronomica. Su luz es muy envolvente tanto con flash como luz continua. Facilisimo de armar y guardar. Liviano y su construcción es muy rubusta. Lo recomiendo 100%

The lantern softbox was solidly built. The metal frame was strong and rigid. It is also very light. East and fast to setup. The softbox fabric was white and clean. The product was well packaged with its own box. Fast next day delivery.

Compared to what light boxes used to be like back in the day, this is such an awesome innovation. Goes up and down with no struggle whatsoever! Love it!!

Amazing! I use it at 50-70% and it is super bright for my journaling videos. The app is amazing and connects quickly. You can set quick presets and I couldn't be happier. It makes no noise, probably because it does not get hot enough, so I can't say anything about vent noise. So far very happy with this and the umbrella!
