Warning, Keep receipt and a picture of the box that it came in with mailing address
I purchased the amp about a month ago. I really enjoyed it for some reason amp cut out never came back.on Just had red light on. Then I looked at the reviews on their website and it says these people won’t take it back so I called Alpine customer service explain my situation what happened with the amp All I had to do was send them paperwork of original receipt in the box that it came in for mailing address for proof, they sent me another amp within the same week in they paid for it but if you don’t return the old app, they said they would charge it took four days to get to Alaska. The amp is definitely really good. I just think I may have gotten a bad one considering it went into protect mode without blowing any fuses. And I definitely did not overdrive the amp and it was not hot. Pretty good amp. Just make sure you keep your paperwork and you’ll be good. i’d say four stars good amp it’s really hard you get 1700 RMS versus 1500 RMS and it pushes the type R really hard. Four stars because the amp went out in two weeks after I got it five stars for Alpine customer service for hassle, free exchange
