Will this adapter work with diagonal dropouts?

The short answer is yes but depending on the frame manufacturer and the type of metal used, you may have to modify a little. My dropout are aluminum and the braking power wanted to open the dropout. I added a support plate to prevent it and it now works fine.

Anyone have good pics of this mounted on a bike frame without the caliper?
