Clubman Styptic Pencil- Jumbo

It is what it is, a simple stick for nicks. It is, however, a brilliant simple stick for nicks.I have always been a traditional shaver - safety razor, shaving soap and brush daily so I've used plenty of styptic pencils in the past. This one however has knocked any that I bought previously out of the park. A little more expensive than others but well worth the price, It's big, solid and dead easy to use, I'm guessing it wont break in half after a few uses like so many have done before. It also works really well on sealing minor non-shave cuts so it is a handy standby for your first aid box. This will last for ages too so the extra cost over other pencils will even out in the end

Not sure how I coped without this for so long. It totally works, I’ve been super impressed. Just touch it to the skin, leave for 20 seconds and then wash off with cold water. So far works every time!

Large. Will last me a lifetime. Unfortunately the stick was not stuck to the base but it works perfectly.

First time of using such an item as recommended to try by a colleague. It works. Good value too

If you cut yourself shaving well worth the purchase as almost impossible to buy in shops these days. I know I have tried and laughed at responses. “No demand” “what?” “Not sold in years” BIG well known stores. So glad to find one that works. It’s big and better than the matchstick variants on offer.

This stick is twice the size of the styptic pens you get in the chemist, it seals up cuts quickly, a few drops from the tap and it's ready, it does sting, but since you're placing it on skin that's opened up a tad by the razor, it's a given. It comes in a clear tube and sits on my bathroom cabinet/shelf ready to hand, it does have limitations, after using a cutthroat injector I sliced my chin, it took a while to close up the wound as you may well imagine, but it sort of managed it. It has to be dried after use as it starts to crystallize to the base, so be cautioned. All in all a useful item in you're shaving accessories inventory.

I remember the old-school styptic pencils, and this Clubman Jumbo Styptic Pencil works just like I expected it to. It’s one of those simple products that does exactly what it’s supposed to do. It’s especially handy to keep around for those little nicks and cuts you sometimes get while shaving. Just wet the tip and apply it to the small cut, and it helps stop the bleeding quickly. There can be a little sting when you apply it, but that’s something I remember from the traditional styptic pencils as well. I also like the jumbo size because it feels substantial and should last quite a while with normal use. There’s nothing complicated about it—no sprays, creams, or extra steps. If you used styptic pencils years ago and are looking for the same type of product, this is exactly what I was hoping for. Simple, effective, inexpensive, and works like the old-school ones.
