Skandika 600 Vibration Plate

I've got my vibration plate now over a year and have been using it almost every day. Still happy with it.

Am really pleased with this, though it is too early to make grand claims to what it can do. I didn't appreciate from the description that it is an oscillating vibrating board, but it is well made and technically does what it says it will. I bought it to get my circulation and muscles moving after a lengthy bout of illness and it makes me feel great- very relaxed and my muscles feel energised. It is not as powerful as a gym machine, but ideal for home, given its size. It packs a punch for how neat it is. I look forward to using it, and only do 10 mins max at a time. No good for cardio, but fab for muscles.

Was disappointed that it had a non UK plug..the adapter it arrived with was faulty and blew on first use..a few scratches on machine and straps freyed too amazon discounted £15 for the issues. Good for improvement of muscle strength and toning with lots of exercise. .needs more like 20 mins per day. .plus a healthy lifestyle. .don't expect miracles takes a few months of use before any difference noticed. Not as good as gym products.

Just received. No remote in box only the batteries and to top it all off, the plug is a European one, so not able to power up until either an adaptor is purchased or even better, supplied free of charge from the supplier which would be what I'll be expecting and then receiving the missing remote. Very disappointed.

Le produit est absolument magnifique. Il n'est pas bruyant et rempli bien sa fonction. La notice est en allemand ce qui est un gros bémol ! Nous possédons déjà une plate forme (d'un autre modèle)donc nous savions comment cela fonctionne. Nous voulions quelque chose de simple et compact pour une de nos filles qui passe beaucoup trop de temps assise. Elle pourra faire de la plate forme devant la TV. La seule différence avec notre appareil c'est qu'il ne semble pas y avoir de variation de vitesse durant le prog de 10 mn. C'est un élément fort appréciable mais pas impératif. modif : j'ai fait mon commentaire avant d'avoir accompli un prog complet. Je dois donc venir faire mon méa-culpa : il a une variation de vitesse durant le programme. J'ai fait le prog 1 pour l'instant. On débute vitesse 4, on passe à 8 puis 12 puis 16 puis on repasse à 8. La dernière minute il y a un décompte des dernières secondes. Plus je l'utilise, plus j'en suis satisfaite. Super achat. Je ne comprend pas trop pourquoi l'objet doit être si long ! Il est d'une taille imposante, sans doute pour pouvoir faire des exercices dessus. Il possède un système de roulettes pour pouvoir le tirer comme on le fait avec une valise. Il y a un beau grand poster avec tous les exercices que l'on peut réaliser... en allemand ! Mais je pense que les photos sont assez explicites ! Bref, c'est un superbe produit.

Me encanta, cumple su función. Con mando a distancia. Las instrucciones no vienen en español pero sí en alemán, francés e inglés, en teoría con las de inglés todo el mundo se puede defender además traen fotos. Súper fácil de empezar a usar. Yo sola abrí la caja, conecté, enchufé y empecé a quemar grasa. Lo recomiendo, y más por el precio.

Die Platte hat ideale Maße und ist sehr gut zu handhaben, durch die Rolle auf der einen Seite. Dadurch kann man sie ziehen und muß sie nicht jedes Mal tragen. Die Fernbedienung funktioniert wie sie soll, nur darf man nicht direkt auf den Empfänger zielen, sondern muß sie fast horizontal halten. Ich weiß nicht, ob das generell so ist, bei uns war die Bedienung schlecht bis überhaupt nicht vorhanden, wenn wir direkt nach unten zielten. Nun zum Geruch: Was schrecklich riecht (und zwar noch nach über einer Woche) ist das Anschlußkabel, ich habe daraufhin ein anderes Kaltgeräte-Verbindungskabel genommen (von einem früheren Computer oder sonst einem Gerät) und nun ist der Geruch in der Garage, wo ich das Originalkabel abgelegt habe. Was auch riecht, aber nicht ganz so streng, sind die Gummizüge, die man seitlich einhängen kann. Die habe ich gar nicht mehr angebracht, denn die sind so schlaff, daß man kaum Wirkung verspürt. Was mich etwas enttäuscht, ist das Handbuch. Es wird zwar angegeben, daß 3 Programme vorhanden sind, was diese beinhalten bleibt allerdings ein Geheimnis des Verfassers. Wir haben die Platte jetzt fast 2 Wochen in Gebrauch und sind noch nicht über Stufe 4 von 20 hinausgekommen. Ich glaube nicht, daß mehr Einstellungen nötig sind, man wird auch so ganz schön gerüttelt. Uns gefällt das Teil sehr gut und ich würde es weiter emfehlen.

Ho letto un bel po' di recensioni prima di acquistarla,poi mi sono convinta che la skandika è la migliore per le pedane ad uso domestico. Ero indecisa se acquistare quella di fascia superiore poi ho preso la 600 perché non volevo spendere tantissimo. Sono rimasta davvero stupita per la potenza delle vibrazioni, e' silenziosa e fa bene il suo lavoro, sento le gambe leggere e spero di vedere i risultati che promette

Cela fait des années que je fais de la plaque oscillante, mais au tout début j'avais la version bcp plus encombrante des premières plateformes. Ayant un espace réduit, je suis entièrement satisfaite de ce modèle, aussi robuste que pratique à ranger à la verticale contre un mur. Une valeur sure ! Je recommande !!!!
