Have always done it the hard way until now
I've been on two wheels since about 5. My dad always told me how to take care of my things. I've always cut a hole in the top of a 20 oz cap big enough to fit the cable in and filled it like a funnel with the cap. I never sealed very well. Always messy and leaky. But not anymore. This little tool is awesome. It totally changed the game. No more messes. Super quick to lube the cables. And this one does it right. I've seen a lot of them on here that have just one screw to cinch down the cable. This one puts an even pressure across the part of the cable that is inside of the tool. Works really well and I would recommend it to anybody with a dirt bike or motorcycle.

Messy but it works
Works as designed. It gets the grease/lube where it needs to go but also lets a lot of it run down the exterior. It works fine for what it's designed to do just messy. Wrap a towel or rag around it when using and you'll be fine.

Nice cable lube tool, works great!!
Nice cable lube tool. Slightly larger than the previous tools I’ve used. Really happy with it. Restored my blade engagement cable on my brush trimmer in minutes.

Looks good except for plastic
Looks like a good product. Have not used yet. It is solid metal. Why is there a non reusable bag around it? Wasteful!

Works good but a little messy
Not perfect, but it worked to lube throttle cable that was sticking. I bought cable lube in a spray can specifically for this and some leaked, it’s messy, but it worked. I sprayed until lubricant was coming out at opposite end of cable and it has worked great since. I don’t think I could’ve gotten lube all the way through without this or without using an entire spray can. My particular cable would’ve been difficult to find a new one, so for the price of this and cable lube it saved me a lot of time and money. I would recommend.

Doesn't work at all
Did not work at all. No seal, there's literally holes that grease leaks from. It's not big enough for a regular sized motorcycle throttle/clutch cable.
