ODDLY ENOUGH, WITH IT'S BUNDLED SOFTWARE THE AUDIO QUALITY, WHEN I BLUETOOTH WITH A SPEAKER OR HEADPHONES, RIVALS THAT OF EXPENSIVE MP3 PLAYERS E.G., A SONY WALKMAN. THE CONSTRUCTION IS SOLID AND IT IS LIKE NEW FOLLOWING THE RENEWAL. I GOTTA BELIEVE THAT THIS PHONE WOULD BE GREAT FOR WHAT MOST PEOPLE BUY PHONES FOR - AS A PHONE.

This is an excellent phone, especially for the value. Signal strength is always top notch and the phone seems to be fast and handle anything I throw at it. I've bought 3 S10, and will probably continue to buy them as long as they are available. They are the perfect compliment of size and features. Battery life is great, it lasts all day while constantly using it. I recommend this phone above the latest models....mostly because of size.

I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S10 on Amazon that was listed as “unlocked,” but my experience proved otherwise. After inserting my SIM card, I kept receiving network errors. I contacted multiple carriers, including Sprint, T-Mobile, and even Samsung support, trying to resolve the issue. After all that troubleshooting, I was informed that the phone was actually locked to Verizon. To make matters worse, Verizon explained that the device was still tied to a previous account holder. They even attempted to contact the original owner to authorize the unlock, but she declined to assist. This left me completely unable to use the phone on any network. This was extremely frustrating and a huge inconvenience. The product was clearly misrepresented, as it was not truly unlocked as advertised. I spent a significant amount of time going back and forth with different companies, only to end up with a device I couldn’t use. I would strongly caution others to verify the authenticity of “unlocked” claims before purchasing. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet expectations at all.

The phone came as said, with 128gb and unblocked so I didn't have to worry about having to get a SIM but I did still put one. And it's quality is actually good, I have been using it for half a year and it's still standing up but for the battery I have seen some decrease life, but that's all on me for having alot of apps using alot of battery but the phone is great.

Arrived and works well. VG condition and battery is ok. I used this to update my 2017 a8 samsung because I couldnt get it to connect my wifes new samsung fit3 watch. Love samsung phones. They are the best IMO

Bought this renewed unit because my old beloved S7 finally bit the dust (may it rest in peace). Got this S10 a few days ago and I have to say, I am quite pleased with it. The S10 has a nice sleek design, feels nice in the hand and all my apps run great. The only things I am having to get used to are the loss of the physical home button, and the occasional annoyance of inadvertently hitting the Bixby button (which would have been nice if they'd placed somewhere away from the volume buttons--like maybe along the top edge or even above the power button instead), and the lack of a more substantial bezel causing the occasional registering of an unintentional touch (which I expect will be addressed by the addition of a case when I get one. Other than that, I feel like this was a really good purchase for the price.

The phone was in impeccable condition, screen had zero scratches on front or back. Only issue is that the battery drains very fast. I cannot go a whole day without charging it at least once or twice throughout the day..

This is my third Samsung phone , very happy with this product.
