I don't usually write reviews but this product is amazing the US company is equally amazing! Know this is a very honest a true review. I haven't been paid or asked to make this review. I don't like Amazon reviews usually because most are fake. This is a genuine review that I waited to write as I wanted to test it out first. Several months ago I purchased this Vibration Plate and I am absolutely thrilled with my purchase! Not only is the vibration plate itself outstanding, but the customer service provided by this American company truly sets them apart!!! They responded to my messages quickly and were incredibly helpful in answering all of my inquiries. My wife and I purchased the VT003F from Vibration Therapeutic through Amazon this past early November and loved it so much two weeks later we purchased the VT027 as an addition. We are very, very happy with our purchases! In terms of exercise they are very different. I wanted to get both kinds of experience for general exercise. My wife and I absolutely love the VTOO3F and the VT027. In just two weeks of use on the VT003F we enjoyed benefits that helped mild stiffness and lower back muscular pain, trapezius, lats issues. We use it every day. I am 68 (next month 69) and my wife is 70. I have been athletic; my wife is a long-time yoga practitioner. We are not heavy exercisers though- I mainly walk, vigorously, climb stairs, and use a trigger point roller, stretching, push-ups, etc. Now, the first thing out of bed in the morning I am on the VT003F for 3-5 mins. It is the first time in my life that I get up and exercise. Later I jump on the VT027 and get a more thorough exercise for 10 min. or less. Sometimes I use it 3-4 times a day. The VT003F can also be used as a massager, we have used it for this and it is very effective. Both vibration machines are very well designed and manufactured, strong and sturdy. I am very skeptical of other machines that “do everything.” I don’t want a lot of superfluous apps and gadgets, I don’t need all of that and I want to be certain that the engineers are focused on the quality of the motor and materials of construction because these machines ROCK! They are quiet too. Customer service with this company is better defined as “Personal Service.” Not exaggerating. I am so impressed with them. Now price: Some vibration machines are a thousand dollars and more. Then there are the $150.00 ones that have 3 motors, speakers for music, 99 different programs and more and I ask: how can they produce a well-constructed, reliably engineered, long lasting product that does all of that? In addition I prefer 2 different machines because their motion is so different that the stresses on each must be difficult on a single plate. My approach was the middle: buy a reasonably priced machine assuring good materials, no flashy bells and whistles I wouldn’t use anyway. It turns out I got way more than I bargained for. I have had these for 2 months now and feel I made a great choice.

I have been a customer on Amazon since 2002 & this is only the 2nd item I bought that motivated me to write a review. And the first one was just a goofy joke I wrote in 2013. I have been using the VT003F for close to 3 months---generally twice a day for 10 minutes each time. First, I will say a few words about myself. (You can skip this if you like.) I am 67 years old and work out in the gym 5 days a week. My exercise routine includes weight training, yoga & cardio. I do cardio by doing high-intensity interval training on an elliptical machine (or when I am too tired I do the HIIT on a stationary bike). My workouts are not that long, usually about 45 minutes. That's not too shabby, but I will never be a Navy Seal---not even close. In 2016, I injured my knee & hip by falling while repairing a hole in my bedroom ceiling. Four months of physical therapy did nothing to ease my pain. However, over time I started to heal, although my flexibility & comfort level never fully returned. My other health challenges include poor circulation (cold hand & feet), balance problems (in the last year) & chronic fatigue. The 1st thing I noticed on the VT003F is that after just about 5 minutes of exercise I start to sweat. In other words, my circulation is improving. Parts of my exercise routine on the machine target balance, flexibility & strength. I am feeling measurable gains in all these areas. My hip has improved the most, although knee pain still has a way to go. Equally important, the exercise is not drudgery. It is FUN. The first thing I noticed about the VT003F is how durable & well-built it is. Everything essential is made of steel. The folks who engineered & constructed this machine are real professionals, & the VT003F is made to last. I am very impressed by the technical specs of the unit. Most companies offering machines in this price range do not say a word about the G-force of their WBV machines, but this is one of the most important elements for this technology. The VT003F displays on the Amazon page that this unit has a G-force of 5.82. Two other critical elements of WBV machines are frequency and amplitude. I ain't no engineer, but I will just report what I have read when deciding what machine to buy in my price range. Frequency refers to how fast the machine vibrates each second. Plus the higher the machine's amplitude, the stronger the vibration. There is a well-known manufacturer that sells a WBV machine for over $1,200, more than 4 times the price of the VT003F. Yet their machine has a fixed frequency of 30 Hz and a fixed amplitude of 4mm. With the VT003F, users can easily adjust the frequency from 15 to 40 Hz & the amplitude can be adjusted from 1.5mm to 3mm. There were only two things I was somewhat dissatisfied with in this machine. I had been forewarned that the VT003F was a high frequency unit & therefore louder than low frequency machines. As suggested, I put 2 pads under the VT003F, and to my relief I have not gotten a single complaint from neighbors in my old apartment building. Second, I was disappointed that the exercise straps were inelastic. I would have preferred the strong, thick elastic straps I sometimes use either at the gym or at home. However, the seller mentioned that the straps were inelastic on the Amazon product page. Inelastic straps seem to be the norm in all the WBV machines I have seen, even the very expensive units. Last, but not least, I have to say the customer service has been truly outstanding. They answered all my questions thoroughly within 24 hours. This was true before buying the product, to make sure this high frequency machine was right for me. Also, they continued to answer questions for well over a month after my purchase was complete. They even answered me when I asked about a friend who had a knee injury more serious than my own. In a nutshell, they advised my friend to consult a medical professional who was familiar with WBV machines to find out if this technology could be helpful. That's it. I like to write but I doubt many folks read this entire review. Maybe some readers skimmed through it.

This is the most professional item I’ve seen; as close to the PowerPlate at a fraction of the cost. Years ago, a friend of mine - a pro golfer was rehabbing at a professional athletes rehab center here in Az. (think pro soccer, pro football, Olympic athletes etc) Most of the athletes spent some time on the power plate rehabbing injuries, or improving their health for a better game. I visited my friend and he financially supported a several days of rehab for my bad back there. (It’s pricey!) Power plates are very expensive, and take up a lot of room. This is an amazing, professional machine just like a powerplate you can have in your own home. On top of this, you can build bone density for osteoporosis or osteopenia, create better circulation for rehabbing an injury without a heavy workout. It seems to help my grumpy stomach. I’ll take it. After reading a medical article I guess it can help with NASH, a liver disease my friend has after taking too much acetaminophen… I’ve recommended it to her.

I rarely write a product review unless something is really good or really bad. I am typically annoyed when people write reviews of products immediately upon receipt without any experience as to the effectiveness or longevity of the product. I'm going to do that today after only 4 days of use because: A) I'm not reviewing the effectiveness of the product. There's plenty of scientific studies available to learn the benefits of vibration therapy. Additionally, there are many reasons to use a machine like this and my use is likely in the minority. Finally, I'm not doing a controlled scientific study; therefore, any benefits could be attributed to other training/biohacks that I'm using. B) I'm not reviewing the longevity of the equipment. There is a 2 year warranty. Many users have confirmed that the company's owner, Jay, is super responsive and has always resolved their issues. I had a quick question which he responded to within hours (on a Sunday). Unlike the majority of reviewers I am using the vibration plate to maximize my strength training routine. I am a user of the X-3 Bar (basically an olympic-syle bar with heavy resistance bands). Vibe Plate makes a special vibration plate for use with the X-3 for $1400. Basically, studies have found that the vibration pulses create contractions in the stabilization muscles. Stabilization firing has shown to significantly increase Human Growth Hormone. Combining heavy strength training with the vibration plate can increase GH levels up to 2800%, helping create muscle and burn fat. $1400 was out of my budget and other similar vertical vibration plates started at $2000 (Power Plate). My first attempt at finding a less expensive alternative was the Best Choice Products Vibration Plate - available for $100 on Amazon. I received the plate and it was immediately apparent that this is totally different from the Vibe Plate videos I watched. The cheap plate uses a see-saw or wobble type action. This would not be conducive for exercise. I also felt no vibration above the waist as I believe the lower body absorbed it. This made me look further into how the Vibe Plate and Power Plate functioned. The expensive models use vertical/linear vibration (think up and down - like springs vibrating). They also have the ability to set the Hz (how many vibrations per second). I was looking to use 30Hz as studies have found it to be optimal for my purpose. The Best Choice plate had no Hz settings and 2 emails to customer service could not tell me how the speeds relate to Hz. I searched all over for a similar product to the expensive plates and the VT Vibration Plate was the answer! For $250 I got the ability to set it to exactly 30Hz, change amplitude from 1 to 3mm (height of vibration - note this is typically not adjustable on the high-end plates), and true vertical vibration. It is also very suitable for use with the X-3 as the base plate fits perfectly within the silver screw tops. The remote allows me to get situated on the the base plate and turn it on without the base plate vibrating off of the vibration plate. Overall I could not be more happy with the purchase. Time will tell whether VT gives me the results I'm looking for. At a minimum it gives you a nice full-body message (especially at the high amplitude setting) and leaves me feeling loose and warm (blood flow). I actually got my wife doing yoga poses on it and she feels it gives her deeper stretches. Thanks for a great product Jay! One additional item that I forgot to address - Many people are asking about the noise of the machine. This is a very powerful unit. The first time I used it was on carpeted floor without the foam shock absorbers and it was literally shaking pictures on my walls. The noise/vibration was tolerable using the foam pads. I now use it on my concrete garage floor and it’s ideal. If you have an upstairs, downstairs, or adjacent (connected) neighbor you should plan on using it in your garage or basement. Otherwise your neighbors are going to hear/feel it.

There are so many stellar reviews of this that another one is hardly needed. But I am so pleased with this that I just had to add my voice. I have severe osteoporosis, and even though I am healthy and fit, I recently had a couple of fragility fractures in my foot. I finally decided I have to throw everything I can at this problem, and along with medical care and many supplements, I decided to investigate vibration. Quickly learned that only linear (not oscillating) vibration will stimulate bone growth. Even then the research is not clear that mature adults will benefit. The research that showed the positive effects of linear vibration was done with children (who were recovering from chemotherapy). You cannot necessarily extrapolate to adults. However, there were also some testimonials from adults who had been using another very expensive linear vibration platform, in which they said that they absolutely experienced increased bone mineral density. I am not convinced but I am willing to give it a go. I do understand the theory of why this could be of benefit to bones, the method of operation, so to speak, and that is more than I can say about the drug that I am being encouraged to start taking. I have been using it for several weeks at low amp and 30 Hz. I read my email and the news, or watch TED talks while I am on the platform. (I built a little tower on top of my desk to put my laptop on so it sits at the correct height for me to read when I am "vibrating.") I use it three times a day. The ten minutes pass quickly and sometimes I go again. Honestly cannot say I feel any different but as with so many other things, you commit to the best plan you can come up with, stick to it, and hope for the best. I have used many supplements that have changed by life for the better. Like supplements, a platform will never be studied because it's not patentable and there is no money to be made by big companies, therefore no one to fund the studies. While I don't totally eschew pharmaceuticals, I believe that we have to find our own individual paths. The platform is sturdy and works well. It is a serious machine and frankly, even though the price keeps going up, it is a great value, especially compared to the only other linear platform out there. The company (Jay) is very forthcoming in stating that he is not promoting this as a possible remedy for any problems; he is simply providing an excellent machine that is true to the specifications and is durable, with excellent customer support. Update, now, nearly two years later, I am still using this platform every day (once a day for 10 minutes) and it is still operating perfectly. Is it helping my bones? Who knows, really: but I haven't had any fragility fractures since starting to use this. (Still taking supplements but not taking any osteoporosis drugs)

This is the most powerful vibration plate I've used, and that includes that actual Power Plate models. Before the item arrived, I got a message stating the package would include anti-vibration pads - but the pads would reduce vibration intensity. Of course, I wanted to try the machine at maximum power, and it has suction cups at the four corners, so I put it directly on the non carpeted floor of my modern high rise apartment building. Not only did pictures vibrate on the walls and liquids move visibly in containers, it wasn't long before I got a knock on the door by building workers. There were some complaints about noise, so the staff were looking for where it was coming from. I am guessing the machine at some frequencies was strong enough to hit the resonant frequency of the building and cause the building to make low frequency noise. Since then, so as not to disturb the neighbors, I have used the pads. They work well - no more incidences of noise complaints caused by my apartment. It is still much stronger than the previous machines I have used, and for new users probably desirable to use the pads to make sure the vibration amplitude is not too strong. I was already in decent shape before acquiring this machine - I use it to help me wake up in the morning and to keep in shape. My apartment building has a gym, but a lot of the exercise equipment there restricts body movement and is therefore less effective for building muscle and more likely to cause injuries. The ability to use the VT High Frequency Linear Vibration Plate Machine in my apartment with free weights is much safer and much more effective. I can be dead tired in the morning, but by the third minute on this machine and my exercise routine, I'll be sweating and feeling awake for the day. I have been using this machine for a couple of months, and haven't had any reliability issues, but I am still reassured by the fact the machine comes with a build diagram listing all the parts and the guarantee replacement parts will be available for 3 years after the end of the warranty period (as stated in the Q&A on the Amazon page for this product). Some previous vibration machines had problems with the power cable disconnecting from the vibration, but not this one. The build is very sturdy.

First of all I researched extensively WBV and its benefits for strength, flexibility, and bone health. Then I researched the various machines on the market. This is the only machine which has the ability to elicit the specific responses for each purpose by adjusting protocols. In particular, the specific protocol for bone health cannot be achieved by most machines, even expensive high end machines advertising as such, but this one does. I have used commercial grade WBV machines, a few different ones at Osteostrong (bone health clinic), and this one is just as powerful, as well as adjustable! I have been using this machine for 2 years with great results in strength, balance, and flexibility, and to recover from injury. I am a competitive triathlete and PT, so I have access to just about any exercise equipment and protocol out there- this is one of my favorites. I do strength training on the machine about twice a week and can get a phenomenal whole body workout in less than 30 min. I also use it for balance, flexibility, and bone health, all with different protocols. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! THANKS JAY! I had a mechanical issue with the machine and reached out to Vibration Therapeutics. Jay responded within 24 hours, and gave me a few options to have it repaired. Instead of shipping the whole machine back, Jay sent me some parts and tools to complete the repair, which I was able to easily accomplish in about 15 minutes. He also compensated my for my labor, which was a surprise. Jay was super quick to respond every step of the way, and bent over backward to make sure I had a working machine as quick as possible. This kind of customer service is simple absent in 2022, I was pleasantly shocked! My machine is now working like new and it was super quick and easy. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! YOU CAN NOT GO WRONG!
