0 starts heat doesn't circulate properly
No matter what setting I use this on. If I don't rotate the shelves (not nessesary with other dehydrators) it burns straight down the middle. (See photo) As it obviously takes hours to dehydrated you won't always be in or awake to rotate them therefore I do not recommend thus item.
