Use it for umpiring hockey to communicate with my colleague. I use the strap provided to attach it to my arm when umpiring. I would have given it 5 star but had a couple of minor snags which I've listed below 1. Not very easy to access the radio buttons without taking it out of the pouch. Would be good if the front had soft plastic cover where you could access the buttons. 2. The sleeves at the back which hold the pouch in place have started to come apart. Not sure if this is design fault, too much pull on the pouch/belt or mis-use by me.

Great option for a small ipod or radio. My only complaint would be that I have 17 inch arms and it is too short for my bicep area. it does fit well around my forearm and wrist areas. If they have the band just 1-2 more inches it would be perfect.

Needed something for listening to my Walkman at work. I do like it but it does slip down my arm frequently. It's probably not the products fault though because I have to use my arms a lot and am constantly moving while working. It will adjust to any size you need and does seem pretty comfortable.
