How do you use it for eyesight improvement. how close to my eye do i hold it? do i look right into it?

If you go online, you will find articles that address this question and tell/show you what to do. I look right into it, and others I've discussed this with online do also. Between 8-9AM, and for me I do it 3X a week, I do each eye for 3 minutes. I have only used it a short time, so I can't give a report yet, but It does feel good to do it.

Can the brightness level be adjusted? I'm concerned that this light may be too bright to look at.

The brightness cannot be adjusted, but the farther away you hold it, the lower the energy at the target will be. You can also add a diffuser to reduce the energy. You can purchase a diffuser, or look into scotch tape or teflon tape as an option. Search "diffuser vs scotch tape" online.

How do i use this " torch-like tube" to "emit energy equivalent to 40 mW/cm2 or 4.8J/ cm2 for 2 min" ???

einfache Handhabung zum Training der Augen

habe die Lampe schon 2x benutzt mit ausgestreckter Hand kommt auch auf die Entfernung von etwa 65cm ob die Augen besser werden, kann ich noch nicht sagen, die Anwendung ist einfach (3 Minuten)
