Phenomal Bracelet
Pictures don't do justice. The bracelet is extremely high quality, dense in metal, and looks brilliant. The "message" of the bracelet, and the intent behind it are important to me, as the Hero Company gives back to Vets with PTSD and helps align them with service dogs. I'm giving it as a gift to a Veteran friend of mine, as a retirement gift; and thought it very apropos.

Wanted to wait
I somehow beat up bracelets and probably because I wear them 24/7. I was really excited to get this one because it looked like it could stand the test of time, but when I got it and seen how the replaceable links were, I was thinking I'll lose this first time on the motorcycle, I was wrong. This bracelet is durable, decent wieght, fits great, goes with anything, comfortable and I love it. I was concerned about the material and how it would actually be, well, that's a thing of the past, very well constructed. If you by this for yourself or someone else, I'm certain they will love it. Take a chance, roll the dice, I'm confident you will win. Why not 5 stars? I always leave room for improvement, though I'm not sure how.

Actually comfortable, will stay on, and isn't annoying to wear.
Unlike other wrist accessories I have tried, this one is actually so comfortable and carries a noticeable but not exhausting weight. It's easy to take off and put on, but won't be falling off your arm unless you want it to. It comes with an extra bit that extends the size of the band. Altogether best accessory I have.

Best Company to Order from
I have ordered at least 15 items from the HERO company and they are one of the best companies I have ever ordered from. One item had an issue a while back and they immediately replaced it. I had a personal email response from their team within 2 hours with apology for the mishap and they replaced the item at no cost—I didn’t even have to pay shipping or send the original piece back. Also, the HERO company makes products supporting veterans and donates to veteran causes. I 100% recommend ordering from the HERO Company.
