This is exactly what you expected to, and it also happens to come with a roll of toilet paper already installed. I don't personally use this for facial tissues, but I do use it for things, like squashing bugs, picking up dog poop (old dog), cleaning up little messes, etc. I suppose if you bought really fancy toilet paper, that was very soft, and you didn't have any allergies, this would be a great thing instead of Kleenexes. If you don't have particular sensitive skin, this is a great and cheaper option for facial tissue.Everything works very smoothly, it's easy to get the toilet paper up through the hole and it doesn't get ripped off in such a way that you have to keep opening the container to make it work. Rolling action is quite smooth, which is what you want when you're trying to dispense tissue. Sometimes it rips up into smaller little pieces, but it's not a big deal and it's probably more me not using it correctly. As advertised. I thought it was a little pricey bit happy with this buy. It came with its own roll. The pointy top helps with tearing the sheet off the roll. Nice color and looks great.

I love this toilet tissue dispenser. I keep it on the bathroom counter and use it instead of Kleenex. It is cheaper and creates less waste because there is no tissue box to dispose of. I wish it came in other colors, but I got the gray marble color and it looks just fine. I would definitely buy again.

The media could not be loaded. This is genius! I keep tissues in my car, bathroom, living room and kitchen and go thru a lot due to allergies.I LOL'd when it arrived because it included a full roll of their preferred brand. I don't like the feel of it, but it's great marketing, nonetheless!I do love how will this works turning a roll of TP into faux tissues. Plus, the added benefits of not constantly throwing away cardboard tissue boxes (we live rural and there's no recycling here), and getting to use my preferred bamboo TP, once the free roll runs out. 10/10 recommend!

Mind you as the title says a lot, I have a very weird feline that doesn't play with balls of yarn or actual cat toys.NO! I have a very neurotic cat that insists on leaving trail of shredded TP all over the living room floor & I have lost far too many rolls to the vicious act of her shredding a vital & very basic item in this household. Although, the product does do the job most of the time to keep my feline monster from leaving a carpet full of shredded TP that was so utterly destroyed. by the time she is done, it looks like it snowed indoors. Hence my choice of this particular product.HOWEVER...! AS I have written already, its not entirely cat proof since "MIDNITE" had been so intent on getting at the roll when I wasn't watching her, she somehow managed to pop the top off the dispenser. But Now, I am thinking that it was just an isolated instance but you never know what nefarious plans that my feline monster is thinking. So, she may as of yet figure out how to repeat her previous success. Otherwise, its a really nice & simple design.I decided on four stars because its weird as to how we humans (myself & my room mate) sometimes have difficulty in removing the lid to replace the used roll but a half breed mane coon mix feline can pop the top to get her desired prize no problem! LOL ! Of course, I know that am not alone in this situation since there are countless examples on YouTube of cats caught in the act of destroying full rolls of Toilet paper. Mind you also, as a means to an end, the cost of box tissues is still a little pricey in my area so using this to double up the use of TP makes sense so my room mate can use the rolls for wiping his nose also & not just his behind.Maybe the makers of this product should consider a slight redesign to add a simple hinge & latch to the dispenser & then, this box will truly be cat proof unless my "Cat-zilla" figures out how to manipulate latches as well & then NOTHING of interest to her, will be safe from her.

As a person who thinks tissue paper is too expensive and if toilet paper is good enough for my rear it should be good enough for my face, this is the product you never knew you needed. I constantly had a toilet paper roll lying near me. Cheap and unsightly. I Found this nifty device. It’s a sturdy plastic box just bigger than the roll. Within it is a bar that the toilet paper rotates around. The opening is perfectly shaped to help perforate the piece and leaves one ply out for the next easy retrieval. The box isn’t heavy enough to rip pieces with one hand but the company has already solved this problem and provided you 2 sticky strips so you can latch it to your counter. It’s turned me from trashy to classy.But in all seriousness - this is a great product if you use toilet paper as Kleenex.

We use them daily. Occasionally my son tears off a piece that makes me have to refeed the paper through the opening but the ones the adults use are fine. Has saved a lot on tissues. We put fishing weights in the corners inside to weigh it down. It comes with sticky tape but we move ours all over the place. Fishing weights are small and can be glued in the corners. We used non lead ones that don't touch the paper.
