Lee Kum Kee Premium Light Soy Sauce, Vegan, Halal, 1.9 L Pack of 1

I have purchased this Lee Kum Kee premium light Soy Sauce a number of times now and have been more than happy with the quality and flavour. It has a light consistency and can be used in a wide variety of dishes. I like the convenience of the 1.9 litre size bottle as it tends to last well. I will certainly buy again when I run out. Recommended.

Great soya sauce for cooking, colour isn’t too dark and it’s a great taste. Came cheaper than we can get at our local shop too.

My go to for Soy sauce, i use this a lot as i’m Asian, and this was the most cost effective way to keep it stocked up. I usually transfer it to smaller dispensers/jars for everyday use. I mean, great value, consistently high quality - salty but balanced umami. And big bottle means your not going to run out any time soon. Smells good, tastes good - all rounder winner.

I’ve been cooking a lot of stir fries (working my way through a Ken Hom book) and love how quick and easy they are. I learned quickly that although there were only a few ingredients to a some recipes, the quality of the ingredients were the difference between a great dish and a so so dish. I went through a few dark Soy Sauces before this one and I’m glad I did, because it helped me know that I could stop the search after this one. This Soy Sauce is lovely, thick and enhances any dish I use it for. I have been buying this soy sauce for years but only recently realised that buying it in professional sized 1.9 lt. containers can mean large savings on price over buying domestic size bottles in supermarkets. Just keep the opened container in a cool area out of sunlight and the sauce stay fresh for months. If you like Asian recipes, this is one of the base ingredients for perfect fried rice along with tons of other recipe stuff (even Shepherd's Pie would you believe). In my local supermarket, this costs twice as much for half the content and I bought two bottles to keep me going on that basis (tip - always keep spices, sauces, herbs and other add in's relatively fresh) and I WILL buy more, because the flavour layer is just right, before a final touch of dark soy sauce at the end of wok frying for instance, not overwhelming just medium punchy and it screams authenticity in the final result. A total bargain, a total touch of realism and yes, a total star in my kitchen.

Die Sojasauce schmeckt deutlich intensiver als die Varianten, die man sonst so im normalen Supermarkt bekommt. Für meinen Geschmack passt das einfach perfekt, weil das Aroma schön kräftig rüberkommt und den Gerichten die richtige Würze gibt. Ein großer Vorteil ist hier natürlich die riesige Flasche mit 1,9 Litern Inhalt. Ich habe sehr oft Eier in einer mischung aus Sojasauce und Mirin eingelegt, um Ramen-Eier zu machen. Wenn man das regelmäßig macht, verbraucht man jedes Mal eine ordentliche Menge. Genau dafür ist diese große Flasche einfach notwendig. Wenn man sich dafür ständig die kleinen Glasfläschchen im Laden kaufen müsste, würde man ja arm werden. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist bei dieser Großpackung wirklich unschlagbar. Das Ausschenken aus der großen PET-Flasche funktioniert durch die kleinere Öffnung insgesamt problemlos. Man muss also keine Angst haben, dass auf einmal die halbe Flasche im Topf landet. Allerdings muss man auch sagen, dass es nicht super präzise ist. Wenn man nur ein paar einzelne Tropfen für ein Gericht dosieren will, sollte man die Sauce vielleicht vorher in ein kleineres Gefäß umfüllen. Für mich ist das die beste Option, um immer genug Sojasauce im Haus zu haben. Wer viel asiatisch kocht oder eben Sachen einlegt, macht mit dieser Premium-Sauce absolut alles richtig.

Diese helle Sojasauce von Lee Kum Kee ist einfach die beste für asiatische Gerichte. Sie schmeckt super authentisch und hat ein tolles Aroma. Die 1,9L-Großpackung bietet zudem ein unschlagbares Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Ich koche sehr viel damit und kann sie absolut jedem empfehlen!

Très bonne sauce

Hervorragende Sojasauce. Gerade für leichte Gerichte eignet sich die helle Sojasauce besonders gut. Der Geschmack ist so, wie man sich eine gute Sojasauce wünscht. Feines Aroma, sehr gute Qualität, die Speisen erhalten den typischen Sojatouch ohne die Zutaten zu übertünchen. Der Preis für die Größe ist unschlagbar. Sehr zu empfehlen.
