This is an HDMI port camera. I love that! It works with my high end graphics card. It does get warm so I don't run it unattended. You decide about that... This is my review. The video is outstanding! No more webcams for me... I love this thing. You decide for yourself... I love it!!! Thank you Tim

UPDATE: Seller was in constant communication to resolve my issue and eventually replaced camera. New camera is perfect and meets my expectations! Camera build is nice and compact. However, the camera disconnects and connects intermittently. It stays connected for 10-15 seconds, disconnects for half a second and reconnects for another 10-15 seconds. Makes it useless when streaming.

This camera is a sleeping beauty, It takes great high resolution video and images and it hooks in really fast and it’s small so you can put it anywhere..

working on old Mac book...great low light...super good...can't wait to start mucking around with the HDMI output..cheaper than alternative always on security camS.

This is a question for the seller. How do you get 4K output on the HDMI port? 1080 is clear, but I bought the camera for 4K output. Please Assist. Thanks,

I use this camera for video in my piano studio. It is amazing. It has excellent white balance. I can zoom in to a very specific location (sheet music) and fine-tune the focus. It is much better than my other more expensive cameras.

We use this as one of two fixed cameras to capture our church services. The resolution is great and it is fairly easy to set up for a fixed position, set-it-and-forget-it scenario.

It’s a good quality simple camera if you need something that you’ll mount, set, and forget. We needed a budget camera to stream worship services on Zoom, and this fit the bill - on paper. BUT take the stated specs with a grain of salt. -It says 4K, but it must down convert to send over a USB 2.0 connection. Not important to us, but noteworthy. -It states that its power consumption is 500mA (standard spec for USB) but it actually runs just under 600mA with occasional spikes higher. Power is the biggest issue. Our Power-over-Cable (PoC) USB over Ethernet adapter was rated for 1 Amp. Even with the hub’s overhead, this should have been plenty of power. Nope. Brownouts and random resets. It needed a powered USB hub on the far end to provide the necessary extra power and keep the voltage from dipping below 4.75 V and browning out. It’s been a whole thing.

Excelente. Hay que considerar que es una cámara "tonta", es decir todos los ajustes los tiene que hacer el usuario (zoom, enfoque, iluminación) pero tiene gran calidad de imagen y conectividad. La usé para una transmisión en un evento médico bajo techo y funcionó de maravilla.

The camera is well-built and exactly what I'm looking for. However, after some time, the FPS begins to drop, eventually leading to the camera disconnecting. I have to unplug and replug it to get it working again. I would like to get in touch with the seller about this, rather than returning it and ordering a new one, hoping it works.
