Fantastic sugar substitute
I have to watch my sugar, and I prefer allulose. This brand is a great brand, it doesn't upset my stomach, there are no carbs. You can use it for sweetner in drinks, tea coffee, or you can bake with it. This is a great quality product, for an excellent price. I definitely will purchase it again.

No after taste. Adds nice sweetness.
Love it. I cant use other sugar substitutes because of after taste...yuck. Allulose has no bad aftertaste and a little adds a nice sweetness to plain Greek yogurt and coffee. I recommend it

Not much effect on blood sugar
Love the fact that using allulose as a sweetener has no significant effect on blood sugar. As a diabetic who loves sweets it's been a godsend and you can use it 1:1 as a replacement for sugar in beverages or baking.

Warning - Not pure allulose - added fructose
The seller was prompt and sent to the right address. For that, they are great. However, I use allulose as an alternative to sugar. We opened this package and as we were pouring it into the container, we saw the ingredient fructose. It has added fructose. I am very disappointed. I cannot use this product. I love the quality of their products but on this one, it is a fail. Fructose raises the glycemic index higher than sugar and I cannot have fructose. I wont be ordering this particular product from this company again. I order many supplements from them and am pleased with the quality. Not this one. I cannot return it, as we opened it. I will go back to the other brand I've ordered in the past.

Fructose added but “no added sugar”
Bought this to prevent blood sugar spikes then when it arrives I see it is allulose and fructose. Well, fructose is out so I guess I’m curious what’s the point of just not using sugar?
