Best investment ever
I first was looking for a good PC that could run high quality games on max settings. I am a heavy war thunder and helldivers 2 fan, so I tried these games on the ultra setting which is the highest. Warthunder, which is a graphics heavy game, ran at a solid 600 fps on max graphics. This is so amazing for top graphics settings and there was no lag. On helldivers max settings, it ran 300 fps consistently for a 3 hour session of mine. The RGB is very bright and beautiful. There is a program that comes on the computer and it runs the ram rgb. But you don’t need to use that. The built in button for rgb is just great. The fans can get a little loud but not enough to annoy your gameplay. Like the sound of the fan is little to zero when idle. And picks up a little bit on hard running games. The WiFi motherboard is wonderful as it connects to the internet very well. If you have good WiFi you will have so much fun. It comes in a very packed container, it’s packed with styrofoam and other padding. It’s really easy to setup, but when pulling out padding, make sure not to pull out a few wires. I pulled a few out and easily found where they went. Very easy to setup. The GPU (graphics card) ran at a heat of 45-50 degrees Celsius which is very cold on very high power games. The CPU can get up to 60 Celsius which is not hot at all in retrospect to other computers. My old computers parts would hit a whopping 80 Celsius when playing some games. But the temperature control is great as the aio cooling system cools the cpu very well. AIO (All, In, One, cooling system.) this means that it is a liquid cooler that you never need to mess with. Please please please don’t mess with the AIO if you get this. The AIO does the work for you. The power supply supplies great power control around the computer. As long as you pay the electricity bills, then you can use this computer. The case has wonderful ventilation and is very animal proof. I have two cats and a dog and they scratch at it a bit and it maintains its appearance and performance. So in conclusion I would get this pc. The pros are 10/.0001 on the cons. The only con I can think of is that you can’t make your own fan rgb presets or at least I don’t know how. For this pc to shine you need a good monitor and good WiFi. With those two criteria you will have so much fun. The ram space is great and 1TB is good enough for lots of games on the storage card. If you have the money, get this product. If you want a good monitor btw get the sceptre 30-inch curved gaming monitor. It has a great price and works SO well with this pc. I hope you get it and enjoy it like I have. Have a good one.

Was nervous, but everything ended up working out
This is my first time making such a big purchase online and I was pretty nervous about the potential damage the PC might go through during the delivery process. In the end everything worked out great. The PC came in a large box within another box with foam around it. There was also foam inside of the pc case as well to protect the parts inside the case. There was no damage during the delivery process. It has a really clean and organized look. They did an amazing job with cable management by putting all the cables in the back of the case so that when you're looking in through the glass it doesn't look cluttered. Installing was easy it was pretty much just plug and play. The PC is gorgeous with all the different LED lights inside. The glass case makes it look like i'm looking at an art piece in a museum. The performance of the PC is very strong. I bought this PC to play Cyberpunk 2077 on maxed out settings (4k, ray tracing, path tracing, all that) and this beast delivered with no problems. Smooth gameplay and the graphics were breathtaking. After playing for hours on maxed settings only the part of the case that is closest to the graphics card was somewhat hot. Everything else throughout the case was at a cool temp level. I'm really happy with this purchase and glad that I decided to go with Skytech. They did a really good job in building this PC.

An expensive disappointment
Purchasing a high-end gaming computer is an investment, and I had high hopes when I decided to buy the Skytech Gaming computer for $3,700. My primary goal was to elevate my World of Warcraft gaming experience to new heights. However, what followed has been a frustrating journey filled with disappointment. The Lag Nightmare: Upon receiving the Skytech Gaming computer, I eagerly fired up World of Warcraft, only to be greeted by a consistently high ping of over 1,000. This debilitating lag rendered the game unplayable, making the entire computer completely useless. It's essential to note that this issue was non-existent before the computer's arrival. I embarked on a quest to fix this problem, but it soon became apparent that I was in for a battle. Troubleshooting Frustrations: I left no stone unturned in my attempts to resolve the lag issue. Countless hours were spent researching, reaching out to Amazon’s customer support, and consulting with tech-savvy friends. I conducted several internet speed tests to confirm that my internet connection was, in fact, stable. My findings consistently pointed towards the computer as the culprit behind the lag. Amazon's Customer Support: My interactions with Amazon's customer support were nothing short of exasperating. Their representatives seemed just as baffled as I was about the cause of the lag. I was met with a series of generic troubleshooting steps that yielded no results. It was evident that they lacked a clear understanding of the issue and offered no viable solutions. False Promises: What adds salt to the wound is the false promise of a premium gaming experience that this $3,700 computer carried. Skytech Gaming's marketing touted cutting-edge components and top-tier performance, which only deepened my disappointment. The reality, however, was a far cry from their marketing claims. The Toll on My Gaming Experience: As a dedicated World of Warcraft player, this lag issue significantly impacted my gaming experience. Raids, dungeons, and PvP battles, which were once thrilling, became exercises in frustration. The lag-induced deaths and missed opportunities left a bitter taste in my mouth, and my enthusiasm for the game dwindled. The Decision to Return: After days of fruitless efforts and no resolution in sight, I've reluctantly come to the conclusion that the Skytech Gaming computer simply cannot deliver the gaming experience I paid for. If the persistent lag issue remains unresolved, I have no other recourse but to return this expensive disappointment. In conclusion, my experience with the Skytech Gaming computer has been nothing short of a nightmare. Despite its hefty price tag and promises of exceptional gaming performance, it has consistently delivered a subpar experience characterized by unplayable lag. My efforts to resolve this issue have been met with frustration and inadequate support from Skytech Gaming. For any serious gamer, investing in a high-end gaming computer should be a source of excitement and joy. Unfortunately, my purchase of the Skytech Gaming computer has been a source of frustration and regret. I hope that my review serves as a cautionary tale for potential buyers, urging them to consider their options carefully before investing in this product. In the end, I can only hope that Skytech Gaming addresses these issues and delivers on the promises they make in their marketing materials. Until then, my journey with this gaming computer ends in disappointment. UPDATE: The computer completely BRICKED after updating it with the software that came pre installed from skytech gaming and wouldn’t connect to any monitor, keyboard, or mouse. I returned it and they only gave me $3,000 out of the $3,700 I spent on the item. DO NOT BUY!!!!!

VR Chat Spec - Delivers the goods
It’s important to realize that there is a lot of nuance in computer hardware. To handle certain things like 3D rendering, you need specific cards and processors. This build is specifically rated 10/10 for VR Chat. All areas with multiple avatars are completely rendered, etc. You have to have the WiFi to support it, but this thing can handle as much as you can feed it. It’s quiet, cool, quality. Packaged insanely well. I would buy from these guys again without hesitation. It’s hard online to get a sense of these computer companies, but you can’t even build this computer yourself for this much, so I had to try and I am so glad I did!

BEWARE!!
You will get a nice looking computer with pretty lights. It will work for a week to 30 days and then it will crash, then freeze, then work for a week and then crash, crash.. and then stop working. Customer service is a min of 2 hour wait to speak to anyone.. Do not bother emailing them to speed things up or make it easier for them to get back to you when they are free, because they will not answer any of there emails. As I have sent many!!! Worked great until the return policy ran out, then Poof!! Get your comp built somewhere else!!! Only because of the customer service.. RTX4090 has issues and if I knew this before I bought it, I would have went with the older models.. Read about the freezing.. you will need to do a lot of upgrades if you plan to have one. Or you are really smart with settings.
