This item is valuable! I originally purchased to add height to assist with reaching top of shades without causing back pain. Works beautifully! Purchased a second one after, for daughter who has to open heavy doors on apartment dumpster & close back without touching. Keeps her hands clean! This tool is very well constructed and so very valuable! These aren't even its intended use!

27 " dressing stick. If you are or had surgery, for me my knee, then this is for you. Helped me put on & off pants & underwear. My neighbor raved about hers. I bought it & I'm not disappointed. One side is a hook. You can easily pick up clothes. The other end has 2 L shaped hooks for pushing open, or down clothing, pants, to get on. Other one helps in getting off clothes easily. Very happy with mine. Functional. Easy to figure out & use. Sturdy wood.

Works as a dressing stick as intended. Be aware of splintering wood, though! It comes in 2 pieces, and you have to attach them together.

This is a heavy duty dressing stick. At first I was concerned as this screws together. After using it however, I found it to be very nice indeed.

Very study. Good helpmate.i bought this for my husband after he had two others he owned broke. The design is a very useful help but II bought this one for him because it was more sturdy. I paid 29 95, so I thought it would be more sturdy. We received this stick Feb 17. It is now April 18. 18 This stick broke this morning April 18. We are very disappointed. I would not recommend spending this much thinking it would be sturdier.

I was thoroughly liking this stick and it has helped me a LOT, since I have mobility issues, but WTH the wood split where it screws together is plain weird since I've taken very good and gentle care with it. I hope some epoxy and tape will make a suitable repair so I can continue to use it. If not, I suppose I'll have to buy another replacement.

Purchased for an elderly friend to assist with dressing. I work in Occupational Therapy. These are more easily maneuverable than a reacher when bending is more difficult to dress. The fact that it breaks down in two pieces makes it more portable.

This is a very well made, very sturdy dressing stick. I have used a similar one for over three years, but this new one has a larger circumference around the “stick” and I’m sure will last for years. If I would ever want another dressing stick (perhaps as a gift), I will definitely purchase one of these.

This item did not work for my elderly mother. You need to have pretty good dexterity to manage. If she only needed it to remove her socks it would have worked well but not for putting on a shirt or jacket. I would have returned it but the cost of shipping it back was the same as the cost of the product. No pre paid label although it is not clear when buying that you will have to pay to ship back if returning. Disappointing experience all around
