Good product
This sits at my bedside so when I’m having trouble I can reach over and check my O-2. It’s reassuring to have it nearby. I’m guessing it’s accurate. I’ll go to Urgent Care and it’s been the same level there when tested. I trust it.

Highly recommend
Tested this with another pulse/oxygen meter I have at home and it gave a great accurate reading. It reads out loud and clear. The price was right and delivery was fast. I will note it here if any changes within the year. Not sure why there are 1 star reviews. Maybe there were defected ones but ours is great. I highly recommend this pulse/oxygen meter especially for people who are visually impaired.

Works pretty well
I wish someone would make an in-home pulse-ox that sat on a tabletop, had big numbers, and a corded sensor. This is the next best thing for those with impaired eyesight. They slip this on their finger and in a few seconds a voice tells you the SaO2 and pulse rate. There does seem to be some inaccuracy for SaO2. When checked against three other clinical pulse-ox (my wife is a respiratory therapist) it reads low by 2-3 percent. That is better than reading too high, but still something to consider. Pulse rate is spot on.

Great poduct
Great for visually impaired can take oxygen by them selves

Loud and clear read out
The talking feature is why we bought this for my 92 year old mother in law. She is legally blind and wears a hearing aid. With this device she can monitor her blood oxygen levels, and it is loud enough for her to hear. It is easy to use and works well.

Disappointed
Was not impressed with this item, i have a mom who requires oxygen and is also partially blind, the voice aspect was awesome, but the reading were off, it was not off by a couple of points it was off by alot. The price was affordable but for someone who depends on oxygen it needs to be pretty accurate.
