Creamy Peanut Butter Sandwich Cookies - Gluten Free, Vegan (Pack of 8)

As someone who had to give up grains and sugar due to health reasons, I can honestly say everything I have bought from simple mills have been amazing. I make my own peanut butter cookies from time to time but there nothing like these. These cookies are a little on the sweet side, however there still good. Definitely worth the price . Update: I still love these cookies! I recently found out that I’m allergic to soy! I did a food challenge yesterday and Found out I’m mildly allergic to peanuts. I ordered these as a goodbye to peanuts. I ordered yesterday and they came in today. I’ll forever miss the peanut butter one but will continue to order the cashews. Simply mills is simply amazing!

Love, love, love these! A better alternative with mindful ingredients—without ruining taste or texture! These are staple in my pantry for the whole family!

There is nothing redeemable about these cookies. The taste is awful, the texture is awful, and there is as much calories and fat in them as there is in cookies that actually taste good. One of the ingredients is, confusingly, apple cider vinegar, and there is no ignoring such a sharp, acidic flavor in a cookie, let alone one that claims to be a "satisfying sweet snack."

I was looking for a healthier kind of cookie and decided to try these. They were ok but I didn’t really get the wow factor that I’m used to. The cookies were fresh but my taste buds were just looking for probably more sugary taste but its a good cookie if you don’t like things overly sweet.

This is a great brand. Everything I have tasted from them is delicious and worth every penny

I buy a lot of Simple Mills (gluten and dairy sensitive) products. These Nut Butter Stuffed Cookies were a first time purchase. The flavor is good except for they taste burnt. They're a much darker brown color than the package picture. There’s a shiny coating on them like they’ve been over cooked and the sugar caramelized in the cookie part. Now I’m reading other reviews where people have had the same problem. Hopefully this batch is a one time issue. I’d like to try them again in the future with potentially better results.

Bought both the nut butter cookies and the chocolate cashew butter ones. I love peanut butter sandwich cookies, but I break out when I eat wheat. I was craving some and did a search for gluten free peanut butter sandwich cookies and found these. For some reason, they use cashew butter in addition to peanut butter, which unfortunately dilutes the peanut butter flavor, which makes them a bit bland and the cashew adds a weird flavor. So my craving was definitely not satisfied. The chocolate cashew butter ones are really bad. The flavor is not what I expected at all. The nut butter doesn’t taste good at all. I love this company, but these cookies are a huge miss. Dear Simple Mills, Please get rid of the cashew butter and just use peanut butter. I love cashews, but they are too bland for this type of cookie. I think even gluten eaters would like them if they had a stronger peanut butter taste. I believe your sales would go up. Also ditch the nut butter idea for the chocolate ones. Find a way to make a cream filling like Oreos instead. Cashews have a place in cooking and baking for sure, but this is not it!
