This has been such a great upgrade for car rides with bigger dogs. It feels very sturdy and secure, and the hard bottom makes a huge difference in comfort and support. My dogs actually seem more relaxed because they have a stable space instead of trying to balance on the seats. It was easy to assemble and just as easy to take down when needed, which makes it really practical. I was especially impressed that it can comfortably hold three large breed dogs around 110 pounds each, so it clearly handles weight well without sagging. Overall it feels well made, dependable, and perfect for anyone traveling with multiple dogs.

I have really enjoyed this back seat extender and cover for my car. It is so nice to have the extra space, great for long trips. I usually keep it in my car just to load groceries on top of too. Keeps my leather seats protected, and stays in place. I have washed it in the machine on gentle and its held up great, air dry. The boards inside have a little cushion, and they are easy to take out. Not too bulky, great value for the money.

As a proud owner of a full grown German Shepherd with anxiety issues, I’ve gone through several back seat extenders for dogs, but none have impressed me like this one. I originally bought it to solve a few problems I encountered with previous extenders: many would bend or fold under the weight of my dog, trapping him in a way that essentially turned the car seat into a hammock. This caused my dog to feel unsupported and anxious, which was exactly the opposite of what I needed. I was looking for something sturdy, supportive, and durable for my large dogs (my Shepherd weighs between 80–90 lbs). Provides ample support for large dogs. Fits perfectly in my 2021 Honda Civic Hatchback. Does not bend or fold, unlike cheaper models. Cons: None that I’ve experienced this product has been a game changer for whaty I was looking for! Definitely worth the investment for any pet parent with large dogs.

I purchased XL , described as full-size SUV, for a 2011 Expedition mainly because I wanted full back seat coverage. Most seemed too short side-to-side. It fits perfectly side-to-side and front-to-back. HOWEVER, the headrest straps are too long for a good fit. Only one side of the headrest strap is adjustable. Had it been adjustable on both sides of the buckle so I could cinch it in more, I'd have given it 5 stars. And I definitely think it would be a good idea to add support under the extended edge, but that's probably true of all brands for big heavy dogs. All-in-all, it does fit perfectly in my back seat, and by winding the headrest straps around a couple of times I got a tight fit each way. It looks good, will help with dirt and water on the seat. I like that the window is mesh and will allow better ac in the back seat. Time will tell if it holds up . If not I'll return and adjust my rating. It came with a seat belt strap, but I'd prefer to use the child car seat anchors under the seat anyway, will order other dog-attachment straps and use those. Seems pretty well made and came with storage bag.

Much better than the last back seat cover as it hasn't got holes for the hair to fall through! Much Sturdier, too. More room for my dogs to sit, lie down and turn around. Love the pockets. Keeps everything organized. Recommend who transports their dogs in the car. Easy to set up, take down and clean up with a damp cloth. Especially good for multiple dogs.

Seems sturdy and well made. Really makes use of the entire back seat and gives the dog a more secure space. I like it very much as it is easy to remove and fold up and store in the back if people insist on riding in your new car!

I'm thoroughly impressed with the hard bottom back seat cover - it's a game-changer for my senior dog! The added stability and room to turn around have made car rides so much more comfortable. The extra cost is well worth it, and I'd highly recommend it to fellow pet owners.

This fits perfectly in the back seat of mazda C 5 and covers the foot wells so the dogs have a sturdy safe area in the back seat. Well made, holds 150 lbs of 2 dogs.1 side folds up for a passenger, thoughtful design, 2 slots for connecting a strap to collar or harness for safety. Straps fit quickly around head rests & hand hold handles. Easy to install or remove. Only con is the base is covered with material that is a bit slippery (probably to wipe up easily) and i throw a rug down for stability. Be aware if you position you front seats all the way back they may be right against the hardboard base, & you can prop the base up when the dogs aren't in the car. We really like being able to use it with the longer safety straps or leash clipped to harness instead of the dogs loose in the far back. They like being closer to us and enjoy the rides. Really nice product.

Awesome product. If you are getting a new puppy, or two get this! It saved our back seat from every puppy stain you could imagine. It has a strong hard floor so it can support their weigh. They have chewed through the door supports that protects the car doors but we attached a cord that works ok. I am so glad we bought this and they are used to it, and fall asleep together, and no car accidents.

Using in a 2017 double cab ram 1500, so smaller than a crew cab but still the regular opening doors. If is not quite wide enough for the back seat of a full size truck (does quite reach properly across my back seat), but all the full size truck versions of these were slightly too deep to fit between my back seat and the rear of the front seats. This one is good for the depth in a full size quad/double cab (depending on what your manufacturer calls them), it fits well between the front and back seats, but is a bit too narrow across the rear seats. Has held up very well though with my 100lb dog on long road trips though. Not perfectly water proof though, I had a drink leak in my back seat all over it, and it did leak through and soak into my seat, but overall it's still a great product. Easy to set up.

This is exactly what I was looking for! I have two captain seats in the back so it’s not very comfy for a large dog. I put this on them and it fits perfectly and makes it one flat surface that the dog can stand, sit, or sleep on! It has pockets on the part behind the front seats and between the front seats is mesh so he can see the road. We tucked the side panels under the seats so he can just jump in and out easily. This will be perfect for longer trips.

Great quality! Very study in my civic and keeps my dog secure so she isn't getting up front or scratching at the doors. Would recommend!
