This is what I've needed for months now but have been ordering the wrong item. I've been ordering "Hydramino" from the same company and wondering why it wasn't taking away my leg cramps and sore muscles - because it was the wrong product! This on the other hand, helps immensely! I work out almost every day and need electrolytes. Sometimes I'll add pink Himalayan salt to it as well and drink it after my workout. Super happy with the results (flavor is great, too!) and will be reordering.

First about what I love: I love the company, so fat products I got from it were really high quality. Secondly the price was simply unbeatable on the whole planet Earth for this amount of electrolytes (30 servings), just $9. Third the taste is lemonade and it's pleasant. Now to the negatives: it doesn't dissolve well at all. And I am a gym rat so I am used to swallowing nasty powders. But its disappointing that the powder just clumps and sits on the bottom, no matter what. I tried hot water to no avail and I also tried blending it in my blender you know? And blending worked but turned it into milky white drink. But at least it resembled a drink. Overall I expected more from this company - hope that perhaps in time this product could be improved upon. You could maybe make them into 30 fizzy tablets, even! But the mixability is a major issue, the powder just won't budge at all. You can leave ir for an hour and it still won't dissolve, it will sit in 4-5 clumps no matter what - you can shake, vigorously rub the clumps out with your fork against the walls of a cup, and the clumps are still there. I still love the drink considering it's 90 degrees outside and I also love mixing it with caffeine to make an "energy drink". Blender works best with it, which means you could premix a large batch and or will last you a whole day. Very useful product! Just wishing it was better.

I have Multiple Sclerosis with extreme vestibular and dizziness issues. my doctor recommends I drink huge amounts of water to keep my blood volume up so I experience less dizziness. Having extra electrolytes and salt is an absolute must. I am also low income and most electrolyte mixes are extremely overpriced and do not go very far. This little jar lasts a long time and tastes so good. I actually like to water it down quite a lot, and the berry taste is still strong and sweet. The sweetness is just right with no aftertaste. I am also a migraine sufferer and the frequency has lessened since I started using this, I used to have 1-2 a week even with medication and now I am down to one to two a month. So, I believe it is helping quite a bit with maintaining steady hydration levels. The price is quite reasonable as I only need to replace the canister once every 3 weeks and I am drinking on average 1 gallon (yes, that’s right) a day. I have tried the lemon flavor and this is my favorite of the two. I would definitely try any new flavors in the future.

Pros: the flavor is so strong that I need only half of a teaspoon for a 20oz of water. So the small jar last for a long time. Also, good product for the price. It dissolves ok. Not 100% but sufficiently. Cons: very little electrolytes per serving and considering that I put half, I get half the benefits. The flavor is very sweet, very strong for me. Also, it contains suclarose, an artificial sweetener. I wish it was stevia. I didn’t check before buying. Overall: I will not buy it again.

I love this brand of BCAA and use it quite frequently, but I like more tart flavors and I thought being lemonade it would be tart but it is definitely a more sweet flavor, almost too sweet if you use too much at once.
