Good boost
Definitely gave me a boost before my workouts. Pills are easy to swallow. I only take half of what it calls for and it does not make me jittery.

My favorite non stim pill
I used to take the standard VolcaN0 but since I found the extreme it is a game changer. I donโt use a full serving I usually only take one pill and love the results. By taking the single pill you also extend your supply to 60 days

Works as creatine supplement. Not as a pump supplement
Works well as a creatine supplement. As far as a pump. Taking many hours prior and right before a workout, I have seen no supplemental pump. I've used many actual pre workouts and have had changes in my pump. This one does not do that. Consider a pre workout for pump. So as per my experience this is overpriced due to the simple fact it's just a creatine supplement. Have been weight lifting using supplements for 10 years.
