This has been a wonderful find! It's lightweight and thin, so I can wear it without worrying about visibility. After wearing it for several hours, there is a distinct improvement in my swelling/hardness. The fabric and foam Swell Spot that I have (and was recommended by my CLT) is terribly bulky and cannot be worn outside the house. I also don't see the same benefits from it as I do from the silicone pressure pad. I wish I had discovered it sooner!

This didn't really help me. If anything, I felt more irritation in my treatment area. The shape is odd and could be much better.

I have lymphedema and these are amazing to help reduce swelling in my breast and armpit area. My doctor made me some similar with foam, but these work a lot better and easy to clean.

Easy to use along with pressure garment. Helps keep swelling down.

These were a good addition to my treatment plan. Easy to care for, light thin and flexible, easy to insert against skin under compression garments as needed without adding bulk. They were helpful in applying pressure to encourage lymph drainage due to a lingering seroma.

Too small

I slip this into a compression bra and it works great at keeping the lymph fluid moving. Love that it came with 2. Thin design so not visible under clothing.

This is a must wear for me during work paired with a compression wrap. I suffer from numbness, prickling pain, and muscle tightness/cramping. Helps to keep me from continually applying pressure with my hands to the surgery area.
