Good water pump.. I am using it two days.. To fill 2000 liter in 14 meter hight it's taking apx 1.7 hour of time...(much more than the promise) I guess it's because i using this pump to pump water directly from corporation line (time call) or other hand relative low pressure line i guess of anyone have water reservoir i guss 2k liter/ hour... Anyway pump is warking well.. Noise level like other pump not low or high medium....

Sadly, This is to inform you about your bad and defective product and services. I am a regular prime customer of AMAZON. I had ordered the following product - Product name: -Crompton ULTIMO I | 1 HP | Residential Water Pump | Self Priming Regenerative | Single Phase |ADDS (Drip Proof Adapter) | Anti-Jam Winding Technology| 1 Year Manufacturer's Warranty. I have submitted it to the service centre and not getting any further process regarding my complain. I request you to kindly provide new product within one day or refund the amount. Due to rainy season i had ordered this pump on emergency requirement and i am suffering a lot as i am unable to pump water from my basement. i cannot wait for more than one day for replacement. Kindly adhere to the same. We have ordered a 1hp water pump of the Crompton Ultimo brand which we received on September 3rd. When we opened the motor to install it, it didn't work. After a long wait trying to complain on Amazon, we got connected to the technical department after 25 minutes of waiting, and then we were told to call the service center because they couldn't do a replacement or refund here. When I called the service center, a technician Mr. Kafil came on September 4th, checked the motor, and informed us that it was defective and had a technical issue, and they should replace it. I was told to send someone to the service center, and they would take this motor and give us a new one immediately. When our person went there, they said the motor was not available and that it wouldn't be available for quite some time. After talking multiple times, they said to check again the next day, and if it had arrived, we could take it. I asked them to issue a DIY letter indicating that the motor was defective, as I was told on Amazon.The service center people have refused to give a letter, saying that they cannot provide such a letter. Our concern is only that the new motor did not work after opening. If the service center is also denying replacement, then please refund our amount or provide a new motor. It has been 2 days and there has been no response from the service center so far. I have made 100 calls since this morning but received no answer. Please help.
