Bishop 6ft Heavy Duty Folding Table - White (Holds upto 250kg)

I bought this table as I needed to urgently find a way to accommodate a 6 people diner party. There was no way I was going to spend £300+ on a wimp and just gambled with this one. I was sooooo happy with my choice 🥰 The table is very easy to set up (you unfold it, secure the legs, secure a clip, and you're done), very sturdy and I love the gripping texture that allows for the table cloth to stay put the whole time! The legs are very discreet. No one suspected they were eating on a garden table. And also they allow for everyone to sit comfortably as they are designed in a way as to not to be in the chairs' way. You can sit 8 people (3 on each side, and 1 at each end) Now I have it stored under a bed (it's like 8 cm high) and just bring it out when I have more than 3 people over. It's a really cheap table for what I offers.

I initially bought this to use at a wedding fair to display my wedding cake designs. It is strong, sturdy and durable, there's nothing flimsy about this folding table at all. It opens up quite stiffly which is great as an easy open and close would mean a possibility of trapped fingers. The legs open out simply and there are a couple of small silver bars to lift and pull out that click into place to lock the table open and prevent it folding up accidentally if knocked over for instance. On putting the table upright there are metal rings on the legs that couple over where they meet on each side to stop the legs being kicked under and folding in again. This table has come on camping trips with us, yes it is quite large, but as it is flat when folded it makes saving space easy as it goes flat in the boot of our car (mondeo) with everything else then going on top. It has also been used as a buffet table for the occasional party at home (pre kids and post twins) and we've also used it as an extra dining table when lots of family have been to stay with us. It could be used for a car boot sales too, the list is endless really its just handy for so many things. The only negative I've experienced with it is that it was difficult to get a couple of marks to clean off it. We store it in our garage so I don't even know what the marks are. They're not noticeable from a distance as it almost has a mottled/marbled look to it being grey, but after a meal one day (after removing the tablecloth) I spotted a few marks which only paled on wiping. A bit more elbow grease may shift it, however for what we use it for its not a problem.

I found the table easy to assemble. It's very robust. I had a BBQ planned for 18 adults. The table easily took all the plates, glasses and cutlery along with the food prepared for the BBQ. After the BBQ it was easy to dismantle and its now in storage ready for the next one! A good purchase I'd say and will happily recommend.

Great tables. Strong and easy to set up with good but simple safety features to prevent accidental collapse. They are not the lightest tables on the market but the carrying handle makes it relatively easy to move them around. I wouldn't want to carry them for two long a distance though. I use mine as war gaming tables, and they are great for that. I just trot out the the garage where I keep them and bring them in to setup whenever I have a game. The rubber capped legs and decent weight means they don't slip around on the floor, so provide a good stable base to whatever you're doing. The actual length of the table is 180cm, which is just under 6ft when set up (quite important to wargamers who generally like to play on 4ftx6ft, 6ftx6ft, or 8ftx6ft etc). So my three tables gave me a playing area of 6ft (just about) by over 7ft. The tables don't have a lip on the edges but they do taper down slightly toward the edge. So when you butt them up together there is a slight dip along the edge where they meet up. I didn't find this as issue for what I've been using them for. The surface of the table is easy to clean, and not having a lip around the edge means that it is hygienically safer when food is a factor, as there is nowhere for debris to get stuck. I purchased three in one go,and am not disappointed. I have since used two of the tables at a car boot sale, and found them just as easy to set up, and just as stable, even in a field. They are great value for money, and they feel like they'll last for years to come.

This table is a superb value for money solution to a long term problem: How do you make a solid, stable surface for any event which is also portable without need of vans or trucks to carry it and which is assembled quickly and simply? An idiot proof, easily carried, folding to easily held size, lightweight but stable, folding table? You don't, you buy one of these as a very reasonable price. I rarely agree to five stars but this table was so good I wanted to buy another which I don't need! It is a nice flat surface with a good strong support frame and it folds into half it's length and only twice the surface thickness. If there is a fault it is that the surface is easily damaged, even when in the delivery box. I didn't even notice until I removed it from the box the next day but we had to use it then so I did not bother to complain and the damage is minor. Be sure to examine the box and the table on delivery and order in time for replacement. I think the courriers must have difficulty being gentle with it and it looks sturdy! This is not bad enough to prevent purchase of this excellent table. I love it especially at the price (I know there's lots of vendors at different prices).

If you're looking for a 6ft folding table, you can't do better than buy this. It may not be the lightest table, but it's strong and - thanks to the simple but ingenious little pins on the underside - it doesn't fold up on you when you're putting it up, so whereas other such tables need a person each end to stop it collapsing, this can be put up by just one person. We use this table on a market stall and were looking for something reliable, and this table certainly is that, coming with a 2-year warranty. It's simple to put up - just unclip the legs, insert the two pins and hey presto, it's done. Two rings slip down to stop the stays folding too. We bought one of these in August and were so pleased we're buying a second one now, in September. One more thing - FoldingTablesUK package the table really well, by adding extra cardboard at each end, protecting all four corners - another table we bought (from someone else) didn't have this, and we received two damaged tables: you'll not have that problem with this one - or if you do, you'd be really unlucky. Summary: Brilliant table - brilliant packaging - BUY ONE!

After reading the reviews I was looking forward to receiving a nice sturdy folding table . However, the quality of the table is absolutely superb and far, far better than I had expected. Initially, I had a small problem with my table, which was due to the courier. So I messaged Folding Tables and they (Sam) quickly responded in a very friendly and professional manner and sorted everything out. So you need have no worries on the customer service front. Overall, the table is perfectly stable and sturdy when set up, with no wobbles at all. The metal tubular frame is very strong and easy to set up with safety catches so it won't collapse in use. The white plastic top is thick and very strong - there is no give or sag in the middle at all which is often a problem with folding tables. The uses for this table are limitless - from being strong enough to use as a spare dining table for family get-togethers, B-B-Qs in the garden, a craft table etc to also being ideal as a wall paper pasting table or using at a car boot sale. In between using, you just fold it up flat and store in a cupboard, in the garage, or even behind a sofa. Wish I had found these tables years ago.
