The percent of vitamin C is not relevant Matrixil is really good because it contains acid hialanurico

Does the 30% refer to the product being 70% water, 30% diluted peptides and other actives? Yes, I know peptides are clinically effective at 1-4%

I believe the 30% is in re to the percentage of the various peptides. Water is the first ingredient as with most skin care. When I read the balance of the components, what I would refer to as the proprietary blend. The ingredients are all beneficial. Personally, I have normal skin. I may get dryer during winter. This product made my skin very oily. I use hyaluronic acid when my skin is still damp. I applied this product 2nd. Followed by my moisturizer. I use Strivectin primer. Estee Double Wear Sheer. Anastasia Setting Powder. NARS Blush. Estee Bronze Goddess. 3 years, same products everyday. I switched out my usual The Ordinary niacinamide for this product. I gave it 3 days.
