works great, well built, easy to use, has 5 ports which is plenty

This little switch works well in those circumstances where you need an unmanaged switch that does not try to default to Gigabit speeds. This is important when connections do not have that speed capacity. It is light weight, well made, excellent sockets, simple wall mount, bright indicators. What is not to like. I've given 4 stars because it cannot do Gigbit speed, but I bought it for that very reason.

A must have for connecting

I have only recently bought this so can't comment on the long term reliability. But it is very solidly built and has a great "quality feel" to it. Most usefully, it came with two small screws for mounting (using a couple of "key holes" in the base of the unit) which I have used to mount it on a wall in a cupboard which keeps it neatly out of the way. (Before buying I compared with similar products from other well known suppliers and this had more features and slightly lower power-consumption - at a competitive price.)

It’s by the TV so gives internet to various items. My fibre is 1gb download and 107 upload. You will not get more than 100mb out of each port.

Simple d’utilisation bien conçu et très bon signal

I have a couple of D-Link products and this one doesn't disappoint. Very much so a plug and play. I got this for a very specific use and more of a backup but works well. Easy to recommend.

I have only had this in for a couple of weeks, but so far everything is great. I just needed a few more ethernet ports, and this did the trick pretty inexpensively. It was easy to mount, just plugged in a patch cord from my modem to one of the ports, plugged devices into two f the other ports, tuned it on and they were talking. The speed looks good...I like it!

Only one Ethernet cable in my office and I needed two, to transition between an old tower to a new one. I have so many settings I need that I don't use all of the time, and I needed to have live access for whenever I need to check something. Rather than dropping a whole new line into my office, our IT support guys suggested I get something like this and I did. Straight easy plug and play, I plugged the Cat5E coming from the wall into port 5 and both (non-Wi-Fi) towers into ports 1 & 2 respectively (although I understand it does NOT matter with this switch as each port apparently senses whether it's an incoming or outgoing signal, I just did it this way for the heck of it). And voila, they both now have excellent Internet access! This switch also appears to be robustly made, very happy with this purchase!

C'est pas mal, mais je l'ai instalé dehors la chambre parce qu'il fait un peu de bruit dont c'est un inconvénient pour dormir. bon signal de wifi et pour installer pas trop de problème
