I first got these because the apartment living room I was in had a 2x4 drop ceiling. Yuck. I put one 2x2 on the end of every 2x4 square (without removing the original tiles). I used 2 different colors plus silver and made a checkerboard with the original white 2x4 tiles. It looked amazing! It instantly transformed the living room from an ugly, outdated and dark room into a bright, hip living room. After moving out of that apartment I repurposed the mirrors at my office. They get a lot of compliments! I HIGHLY recommend putting on some cotton gloves or winter gloves or whatever to install them, as they get fingerprints on them very easily. The resulting streaks are not easy to get rid of, either. Incidentally, the available color choices are very retro-cool together. I got a sample of each before I chose which colors to get. Also, do not expect a plexiglass mirror to give you an undistorted reflection, especially if it is in a drop ceiling. It will naturally sag enough to distort. They are flexible enough that you could make circus-style fun mirrors out of these!

These tile are very light, maybe 2 oz each and they flex reasonably well. They are not as smooth as glass, so images have slight distortions, only noticeable while looking for them. I was concerned that the reflection might be hazy but I am impressed to say that they reflect about 95% as well as silver/glass. I'm giving 5 stars because I expected an acrylic mirror to reflect like chrome - about 80% as well as glass. I knew they would have slight distortions so I am not taking any stars away for that. I'm glad they flex because I plan to use the spares to make funhouse mirrors!
