As an amateur plumber I was a little worried about trying to replace this flush valve because access is very restricted in the concealed cistern but after a bit of a wiggle I managed it OK. Flushing is now a gentle push on the button instead of a poke with a wooden spoon!

Good DIY job
I thought it may have been tricky but it wasn't, took about 10 min in a concealed Dudley Vantage. Valve comes with both tubes, a generous length so no need to buy new tubes. Practise disassembly before fitting which is simple. Taking old valve out was easy, slightly harder to slip the new valve in upright but gently lifting water inlet pipe up with a screwdriver allowed the valve to slide under. Once in position it locks with a turn.I just threaded the tubes through the hole blue cover plate, seems pointless to cut them. Just slide the tubes onto the push buttons and both worked first time, good strong flush. Easy satisfying DIY
