Good product, poor packaging
The product itself is great - get it. However, my feedback is that the packaging takes frustratingly long to remove from the product, and the item is not packaged in a way that allows for user-friendly removal of the packaging and then access to the item.

Good bargain
They help my back & stomach out so much. Especially after gallbladder surgery. To me they are a must for any tennis player. Bought 2 for the price & if someone is handy to help. I like them.

It’s ok…
It can pick up a handful of balls but then the balls will start to come out from the entrance side because of the weight of the accumulated balls. So then I end up having to turn it over and pick up balls by hand and use the tubes more as a portable basket. It’s probably because the ends are just plastic and not rubberized. It’s not worth the price if I still gotta bend over and pick up the balls.

Mostly good value but closure band failed prior to use.
Tubes seem decent but one of the rubber band closures broke before I even used the tube. Can you send me a couple replacement bands rather than returning and replacing the entire units? Is there another way to reach out to the seller besides the review system?
