When i took my cushions off and measured the dimensions mine ready 25” x 72”. Do you all something that will fit that?

You can shorten it by folding panels on top of each other. See the photo that shows they can be folder on top of each other like an accordion.

Can you adjust the length? Are you able to remove a board from pocket to shorten if needed?

Yes. I was able to remove boards just by cutting one end of the pocket and sliding it out. I also cut mine in half to use under chair cushions.

Can you adjust the 67 inch size to fit a 63" long sofa?

If you can you can try to push it down 2 inches on side of sofa on each side. Also is easy enough to cut with a saw. But its up to you on what you decide to fix it to fit. Sorry I hope this helps.
