Black Mascara for Volume and Length - Waterproof, Curling, Volumizing With Falselash Effect and Soft Brush - Long Lasting, Fibre, Smudgeproof Makeup

I have really short straight Asian eyelashes, and after 15 years of being in my mid 20s, raising 3 kids...I decided it was time to start making an effort on my appearance. I chose this item after a LOT of searching for a tiny wand. The wand was the key. I don't like a very clunky look I want to look like me...but better For under £5 this looked like it would do the trick. The wand is shown next to a L'Oréal telescopic wand which was the closest thing from a well known British high street brand I could find that would even rival the wand. In terms of coverage, not sure if this specifies but I think this is a tubing mascara because removal is easy and comes straight off the lashes WHEN removal is required. I actually bought the telescopic mascara because it was on offer and I wanted to see what the fuss was about I found I was cleaning this little wand to properly brush and separate my lashes after using the L'Oréal one. I actually left this review when I came back to repurchase. I like the natural no makeup look effect and the tiny tiny wand is magic for small Asian lashes. I fully wash the brush once a week and it lasted well. I only replaced after 3 months because I'm worried about eye infections as suffer from blepharitis. The L'Oréal is definitely for someone that likes a more is more look, but this is my fave mascara and for years I'd been avoiding it because I'd never found a was to suit Was it tom ford that said if he could only choose one makeup product for the rest of his life it would be a mascara as it instantly makes you look polished. Until I can find a comparable wand, this will be my dessert island product!! Under £5 too an absolute steal!

I'm actually impressed by this mascara! And it takes a lot to impress me, as I've been through so many different ones. Even. Though the brush is very slim, it catches every single lash and coats it well, in about 20 seconds you've got great lashes. You don't always need to even add an extra coat. I do have to curl my lashes first, but I have straight annoying lashes, so I have to do that with any mascara. Because the applicator is so slim, you can add mascara to the bottom ones very easily. I tend to curl first, add mascara then once the mascara has fully dried I curl them again and your eyes really pop!! I'd recommend and will buy it again! I gave 4 stars as I'm unsure how it would react if tears flow or I have watery eyes, I don't yet know if the mascara would hold up or run. It does come off relatively easily with a wet sponge.

Have been looking for a decent plum coloured (*not purple!) mascara as an alternative to black, or even brown, for a while and wasn't keen to spend £20+ on some of the more high end ones that are available, so took a punt on this one. Very reasonably priced - the applicator is a teeny, tiny brush which I actually love: it easily gets right into the root of the lash and separates the lashes well. Holds a curl all day, and then to my surprise, it was A TUBING MASCARA! I didn't realise when ordering but a massive plus in my mind as my lashes rub against my orbital bone and other wax based formulas - even waterproof ones - print and leave marks every time. This one: no smudges at all! Beautiful colour for bringing out any green element in eye colour, but equally would look great on grey, blue, and hazel - and is just good for people who don't always want a statement black (shout out to my low contrast girlies!). Would prob be a great option for red heads too

Love the colour, and it's nice and lightweight. Didnt smudge either. Took 2 stars off cause the brush is too skinny.

Best bottom lash mascara!

First off I want to say that this product is visually gorgeous. The bottle is beautiful to look at and on top of that the velvety feel of the bottle make it a wonderful sensory experience. And there the positives end for me. I'd being keen to try this type of brush for a while so I won't for it. It wasn't what I hoped it would be. It seemed to make no difference as to how the mascara went onto my lashes. It didn't catch the smaller lashes any better than a standard brush and didn't do anything on the longer lashes. The formula was awful. It was smudging onto my eylid while I was applying the first stroke. The more I added the worse it got. The same happened on my lower lashes, in fact I looked like I'd applied eyeliner to my lower lid. It then got worse. After 15 minutes if wear it was smudging more and more with each blink. Now is it possible I got a bad batch, of course it is, is it likely, no. I didn't even get the chance to see if it was waterproof or water resistant because it was coming off almost as quickly as I applied it. As a visual, product bottle and touch experience, top notch. As a mascara that stayed on my lashes, a complete failure unfortunately

I am so impressed with this. I purchased brown and purple The purple is a cool tone berry I would say and excellent alternative to back in fair skin/blue eyes The formula is excellent.. new fave will dump benefit which I find clumpy. This build week first coat let dry for 30-60 second and then you can build ends or whole lash Very waterproof so far in lower lashes also Also big thing I have very very sensitive eyes and find it difficult to find a mascara that doesn’t irritate. I’ve worn it 3 days and no reaction. Also the bottom Lashes stay put and don’t smudge all day and it doesn’t flake at all Very build able/ tubing I would highly recommend and will repurchase this colour as well as trying the blue

It does work well but would be even better if the wand didn’t bend
