Used regularly (I use almost daily) it relieves dry eyes by giving them a super-scrub in the morning before you insert your contact lenses. You use these little textured pads that come individually wrapped and wet with the OCuSoft product to gently “scrub” your eyelids by rubbing gently back and forth along the lash-line of each closed eye. This is a game-changer for dry eyes and the resulting cloudiness that impacts your contacts and your vision. This is the newest version of the OCuSOFT lid scrub, one that you don’t have to wash off after use. This is a great product and this particular package came with extra pads, making it a bargain!

Perfect but too expensive for these versus the ones that you have to wipe your eyes off separately

Have a condition that requires rather continual eyedrops. These clean well after drop usage and the medication/cleaner is safe to leave on! That's a plus.

I don't want to scare anyone but if you look up "demodex folliculorum" and understand that Occusoft Lid Scrub wipes are one way of combating them, you just might buy these. A close-up photo of the microscopic mites that can inhabit your eyelashes and eyebrows just might give you nightmares! My Optometrist was looking at my eyes with a high magnification device and asked me if I tend to get itchy or burning eyes. I said that I sometimes do, and she proceeded to tell me that she saw demodex mites in my eyelashes and that their "waste" can be irritating. GROSS!! We had a brief discussion about the prescription drug I'd seen on TV to combat them and its incredibly high cost. Then she told me about Occusoft wipes and suggested the "Plus" version which is a higher strength and you don't wash it off. I researched them online and also looked for any other solutions. Occusoft wipes turned out to be the least expensive option I found and I was willing to pay a bit extra for the "Plus" version because it's a higher strength treatment. I've used these wipes for about four months but have not examined my eyelashes to find out if they've worked. I'll find out at my next Optometrist appointment. However, I do experience less itching and redness (some is from allergies) so I'll be surprised if I find it hasn't worked. These wipes have a cooling effect and feel good to use. They do moisturize slightly, as well. This type of treatment apparently needs a duration of several weeks of daily use initially, then a less frequent maintenance use after that. I highly recommend these or the wash off version as your Optometrist or Opthalmologist recommends. It sure beats the high cost of a prescription!

I have been using the Lid Scrub for quite a while now. They keep my lids moisturized and soothed. The Sandman always visits me, and in the morning, my eyes feel gritty. This product works.
