Pop It Go - The Original Light Up - Colorful Pattern Popping Game for Kids and Families on The go, Ages 5 and up, from Buffalo Games

Pop It! Go has become one of my favorite versions of the electronic Pop It! concept. It only has five bubbles, but the three game modes use them in surprisingly different ways. Catch Me (If You Can) is a straightforward reaction game: hit each bubble as it lights, with the targets getting progressively faster. Repeat After Me is much more interesting than a basic memory sequence because it mixes in red “trickster” lights that are displayed but should not be repeated. Don’t Stop Popping is a time attack where you clear yellow targets as quickly as possible, with a wrong pop or premature reset ending the run. The controls register reliably, the modes are easy to understand but have plenty of room for player improvement, and the toy saves high scores until the batteries are removed. Since there is no numerical display, it reports saved scores by flashing the five lights in groups, which is a wonderfully simple solution once you know what it is doing. The compact five-button layout initially looks limiting, but the game design makes very good use of it. This is one of those toys that works immediately for casual play while still giving a determined player something meaningful to chase.

This is a favorite game at our house. Great for traveling and using in the car. If your kids are competitive, ours keep track of their scores. This does have noises with it but also has a silent mode.

I bought 2 of these one for my 3year old and one for my 5year old and these are awesome! There is 3 different game modes my 5yo can do all the modes my 3yo can do 2 of the modes and is slowly figuring out how to do the 3rd mode. This keeps them occupied for hours!!! They are great for the car ride or when visiting friends/family everyone ends up playing with them lol I find that regularly me and my boyfriend are playing with them after the kids are in bed lol I plan on buying more of them in the future as bday presents for my nieces and nephews.

It's a fun toy to have around, keeps the kids busy. It has different levels for sound. Wish they had a different level for the lights too. I found the lights to be a little too bright.

My son turns 3 this year and I this is a very accurate toy. Kids loves lights and colors. This helps a lot to eliminate TV time. This fit good in his little hands

This game is great. The hype for this one started very early for me, as I got to see it played before release. I think it was very much wirth my $13.00. The game keeps you thinking and paying attention in all modes, and best of all, the line of electronic pop it games has now been made playable for the blind with this one, with it's very video game like sound cues in most modes. Overall, very great and fun game. I even got some for a friend who loves it just as much as I do, so she can give them to friends and family, and of course, experience it for herself. For anyone wanting a fun game, or even a thing to throw into a birthday or other gift, I think this one is an awesome choice.

Dislike that the sound can not be completely turned off. The games can be a bit tricky to learn - make sure the back of game is being fully pressed or the game doesn’t reset

This is a great little game. I got it for my 13 year old, but my 10 year old and myself also play it. It has three different game options on it, which is nice for variation. The games only take about 1 minute, but it’s fun to play over and over to try and beat your high score. When we took it to Christmas, a lot of the adults joined in too!
