Can I use this on a bathroom wall and then seal it

Not entirely sure if it works just as well spaying this vertically ....I have used this on make bathroom panels, but I used this on a flat surface , then sealed the panels with epoxy and then fixed them up on the bathroom using silicone. It takes getting used spraying the right kind of strings to make it look like Marble and doing it at an angle helps.
