Great wireless headphones! The battery seems to last forever, and the charging case is a neat feature. I also like that the case has a charging cord incorporated so that I can plug it to charge in the car, at work, and at home. The sound quality and clarity are comparable to the big brand name headphones. In the past I’ve had issues with wireless buds staying in my ears well, and they would frequently come out or cause me pain because of the size. I haven’t had any issues with these ones as they stay put, and the shape of the headphones make it easy to wear for multiple hours without any discomfort.

I ordered these because I lost my other pair. JLab has always been a good solid company to order from and now I am grateful that I lost a pair of earbuds or I never would have moved up in quality. This product is like moving from a Ford to a Cadillac. These are without a doubt the luxury model of earbuds. I love the sound quality, the fit, and they are perfectly weighted to stay in the ear. JLab hit it out of the park with this offering.

First off, I wanna say I spent a total estimated $500, shopping and trying different earbud headphones from various different brands… and all of them lacked in certain areas of my liking. With that being said…. I am not much of a review type of person, but this product really brought that out of me. I have been searching for good earbud headphones to use, as I drive for long periods on the road each and everyday. These headphones exceeded my expectations by far. There is a JLAB app you can download on your phone and I really found it 10/10 simple and easy to use. You can program these headphones to do what you want to your preference. I also give the noise cancellation a 10/10. If I could, I’d give this product a 6 star rating. Definitely will be coming back to JLABS in the future if I need to ever get a replacement. I’m curious to see the upcoming of their future products as well. Thank you JLABS, and I hope this review helps for anyone in the market for PERFECT headphones.

I bought these in May '24. After five months or normal use, the right side earbud no longer works. I have made sure they are charged. Both ear buds status lights illuminate. I have disconnected and reconnected them to bluetooth multiple times. I have performed the factory reset procedure multiple times. The current status is they connect, however, only the left earbud has audio. I contacted jbuds technical support two days ago with details on my experience, and requested additional support, or information on any warranty replacement options. I received an automated reply back, however have not been contacted by customer support on these. Overall, I am dissapointed in the durability and lack of customer support. I would not make this purchase again.

The equalizer setting for the "Jlab signature" was completely different than all the other Jlab earbuds I've owned. Unfortunately, this setting was complete ass and sounded like everything was under water. After trying to fine tune it to what I thought sounded good, I just connected an old pair to the app, took a screenshot of the Jlab Signature eq settings and copied it to the new buds. They're back to sounding amazing! Everything is fine with the world now. People complain about one bud randomly dying after a short amount of time. Unfortunately, I usually lose one of them before I have them long enough to crap the bed on me. I got these new buds because my Tile app wouldn't recognize my last Air Pro ANC buds, despite them being one of the few Jlab products listed in the Tile app. These new ones were recognized within 10 seconds. So, yeah, win win.

Couldn't be happier with these! I am an Audio Engineer and can tell you that for the money, you will be hard pressed to find anything better! Sound is great! Noise cancelling is great! Fit is good! Easy to use!

The ear buds came packaged outside of the case and were extremely low battery upon arrival. Also the charging cord is weird and does not come packaged with a charging brick. In the item details it says it comes with a built-in USB-C cable, which I did not receive. Mine has a built-in USB-A cable on the back of the case instead (pictured). Overall, good sound but ultimately would have loved for the earbuds to come charged and for the correct information/pictures to be used.

Work great and a good value. Purchased these for my grandson and he loves them. Would recommend
