Just needed a landline phone for emergencies. This is as simple and straightforward as you can get and does the job nicely.

This phone is terrible, do not buy. You have been warned. When you hit the hold button to place a caller on hold, this phone blares an annoying tune out of the phone itself, in the room where the phone is. Not just on the line for the caller on hold to hear but out of the base of the phone. Who would want that feature on a phone? Also you can not turn off the ringer on the phone. It is not an option. It is flimsy and feels like a toy. The clock on the phone only gives the option for a 24 hour clock. So, if you prefer military time than you will like the clock but if you prefer to see your caller ID let you know you had a call come in at 8:25 and not 20:25, then be aware of this. Also, the caller ID does not let you know who is calling for a call coming in on call waiting. There are a ton of other things about this phone that are either bad, weird, annoying or a some combination of those. I could go on but this phone has already taken up enough of my time. I will be returning this phone.

My new office phone. I dropped two phones that were supplied to me. Too embarrassed to ask for another one, but didn’t want to spend much and this fit the bill. Works great!

Does not light up or tell me who is calling

I bought this phone to use with my Vonage VOIP account, and am very pleased with it. It's better than the AT&T phone that it replaced, even when it was new. And Amazon got it to me fast, too. I don't need a lot of features, and I found the phone very easy to set up. Voice quality is crisp and clear in both directions. It's an nice-looking, simple phone with a convenient form factor for a desk or table phone. The display is very clear and easy to read, especially in comparison with the phone it replaced. One caution, not even a quibble, because it's about the ad copy, not phone itself. One part of the write-up says in big letters, "No Batteries Required". In the "Features and Specs", it says "1 AAA batteries required." Don't believe either: it requires THREE AAA batteries. I don't mind -- my old phone required four.

Does the job. Works great for the restaurant and they won’t lose it if it was cordless.

El manual de instrucciones esta en inglés. Una verdadera lástima que no esté en lengua castellana. Deberían facilitarme una en castellano e informar a los/as de este detalle. Gracias .

Bought for a visually impaired person who thinks it's great. It's not cordless. However I believe you would have to buy an extension lead to go with it as the lead to the phone is quite short
