Delicious and fast just add some toffu and or wakame and is nicer thsn many other miso doups. Ideal to also make ramen or add to soups stocks...etc many servibgs too.

Absolutely love this miso Probably the best miso on the market Not too salty with good for my husband who’s got a high blood pressure. I bought it through Amazon The product was very new batch The taste is just fantastic

Excellent Miso
Very addictive! This gives your meals a lovely flavour. Just be careful with the amounts you use. The salt content can catch you unawares. That being said, it really can enhance your cooking and of course it’s full of goodness. The value for money is very good too. Try it, you will not be disappointed.

I continue to buy this type of miso, same brand, because the quality is fine, it's tasty and versatile as I use it in many recipes that I make up as I go along: burgers, sauces, gluten free flat breads made from legumes, in sandwiches, stir fries. Buy it, you won't regret it. I love it.
