No complaints! I’ve had since 2/14, & I’ve gained 6 lbs. Appetite has definitely increased, again. (my appetite is very UP AND DOWN, So my weight fluctuates HORRIBLY)- I have a high metabolism! Yes, they have a bitter taste, but you can get past that. I get amazing sleep! & can go through my day, without any energy assistance I keep seeing people speak on pregnancy, hasn’t happened quite yet.. lol, but of course take your own precautions.

This product works really well!! I recently had a major life event and went from 145 down to 120. I’ve been taking these for about a week now and have gained 10 pounds and I’m up to 130!! So far so good will update when I get up to 145 :)

Makes me nauseaus
