Relatively easy assembly, clear instructions and the kids LOVE it!
Expect assembly to take between 25-35 man hours. Instructions are clear and there is a video assembly guide if the written portion has a section which is confusing. Only issue encountered was the tunnel not quite aligning to the tower side which prevented installation of all 10 self tapping screws, but only the top of the tunnel was impacted and 6 screws were able to be used to direct attach the tunnel to the tower in the areas most important. Kids love it and I have no concerns about it degrading due to environmental stresses in the Arizona. Cedar sets would have to be termite treated and wood painted every 2 years to prevent degradation. I expect this playset should last at least a decade or more.
