Good flavor and work really well. I do bloodwork and my results always show when I’ve been slacking off on taking them. I’ve been buying these for awhile and will continue to. No side effects and they’re chewable.

I love these. They are not bad tasting and do not involve swallowing a huge pill.

Terrific! Energizing. Delicious. Bought it because it was more reasonably priced than other brands. Though I'm retired and normally v. slow to 'wake up' in the morning, I avoid coffee because of my heart. Green tea is good but doesn't provide any discernible 'lift'. I'm small, so I can feel the effects of a quarter of a tab of Amazon's B12. Half a tab literally turns me into a dynamo! I can tackle work I've procrastinated on (taxes) and work efficiently through the day with a real sense of achievement. No crash! I love it and treat it with respect.

Yes it does assist in energy and all aspects of the supplement. It doesn't dissolve easily. So if the patient has a swallowing problem please either place in warm water to breakdown or cut in 4 pieces. Otherwise it's super!

I’ve been using the Amazon Elements Vitamin B12 Methylcobalamin 5000 mcg for a couple of weeks now. While the taste is pleasant and easy to take, I honestly haven’t noticed any difference in my energy levels. I was hoping for a bit of a boost, but it feels like my energy is the same as before I started taking it. That said, it’s affordable, and I like that it’s made with clean ingredients. It might work better for others, but in my experience, it didn’t give me the energy lift I was expecting.
