I have been eating these 2 bars a day and like it a lot.

These "Peanut Butter Chip" IQ Bars are probably the best protein bars I've found: moderate calories, manageable fat content, high protein, high fiber, no added sugar. Good chewiness and the taste is fine; not so good that you're tempted to gorge on them like they were peanut butter cups. If they just left out the cocoa butter and/or the coconut oil (not a great oil) to reduce the fat a little more, as well as the stevia (who needs it?) and the vitamin E (correlates with some cancers!), then they would be perfect. But they're better than many other protein bars that are loaded with sugar or erythritol, so I continue to buy these regularly; I'd buy even more if they dropped the above unnecessary/unhealthy ingredients. I would give these 4.5 stars but am rounding up.

I'm a retired doctor and have nutritionally counseled thousands of patients. I'm highly critical of the junk that is put into so-called healthy products. I like these bars because they have no unnecessary vitamins and minerals. I use Lion's Mane so I appreciate that addition. Being 75 years old, I exercise a lot and try to keep from losing muscle mass. Getting both plant fiber and 12 grams of protein per bar is a great addition to my other health efforts. Plus, they taste good without sugar or sugar alcohols, which we all know are horrible for the body.

I've recently found out I have T2 Diabetes and need to change some things up. One is I need way more protein on a daily basis. I found these at Costco, but it was a mixed pack and I wasn't a fan of the chocolate ones. The peanut butter chip ones however, these are amazing. If you like peanut butter, you'll love these. They are delicious and don't taste fake like some other protein bars do. They are expensive compared to many other things, but I find it worth the price. They aren't too hard, not too soft. The fiber also helps keep your digestion moving! Perfect texture. Overall, these are great.

I Repeatedly Purchase the IQ Chocolate Sea Salt, & Peanut Butter Chip, I Favor P.B.C. I Eat these things all day long, So Much for the Low Carb Diet, the Total Calories alone when you Eat 7 or 8 a Day, ADD UP ! Sometimes I Chill them in the Freezer to Change it up 🥶 Hopefully it’s just a Phase, & I’ll eventually Curb My Consumption a Bit ! Affordable & Delicious 🔥
