Would these work on a Denim jacket?

Yes the iron on letters can work on Denim jacket

How many washes do they last?

Personally, I did not find these held up well even before washing. They showed signs of peeling almost immediately.

Is there any chance to sell per letter because i do only need 3 letters and a question mark for 100 pcs.

They do sell individual letters numbers and symbols

How many of each letter?

There are a total of 10 for each letter, 5 for white letters and 5 for black letters
