Unreliable
I bought these to replace a similar model that had stopped working after 10 years. The new ones went in without issue. But the connection drops every day or so. I can reconnect by pressing the button on the adapter but this is a pain and requires me to be at home. Instructions are useless. Don’t buy.

Unreliable signal.
We bought this to boost the Wi-fi signal in parts of the house which struggled to get a signal. However make sure you also buy the bit which plugs into your modem; a mistake we made initially as it doesn’t work without it. Anyway, as far as the signal goes now it sometimes works great and other times it totally drops out so we are disappointed.

Plug and play. 5 stars
I have just set this up in my girlfriends flat and so far I'm pleased to say it's perfect. It took me all of 5 minutes to "set up" (pretty much just plug in!) And we can now watch Netflix upstairs which we couldn't do on the existing wifi. I cant fault this setup and am very happy.

Don't buy it...
here is a side-by-side comparison of my internet speeds when I'm sat in the same room as the router vs when I'm hardwired to my TP-Link device. you can probably see the issue. i've done everything i can think of. i've relinked the boxes, i've unplugged them and plugged them back in again. but nothing works. don't waste your time.

Not as simple as you think.
Considering I bought 3 extenders along with the base unit the coverage is only slightly better than without them. I have been advised to have my house wiring checked as this may be the reason but I wasn’t aware of this before buying them. My broadband supplier also blames some else not their fault????
